But I know how to dissappear it #CleansweepBuhari They made a pretence of #OgoniCleanup, budgeting a pittance to the exercise that still hasn't actually commenced, yet they want to return to the site to extract more "money".

Really? Another Grandstander He however has dialled down his commentary on the FG since his spat with the probe panel and the VP's intervention. Guess he's a gentleman then. Yes, the drug problem in the North is HUGE

Anyhoo Tinubu still wields enormous influence over the SW (that says something). They who are notorious for 'thinking' appear incapable of 'thinking for themselves'. Very sad paradoxical state of affairs in the SW. |
If anything, GMB and Co successfully contained Tinubu. So much so that he know has to work for them on 'credit'. Either that or work with other adversaries meaning he loses more ground. He could also begin to demarket GMB (which he actually has since started doing since through the SW Press and Mr SaharaReporters - in conjunction with El-Rufai). But to what end? |
Tinubu lost out in 2015, he has had to re-strategise and return to 'base'. He needs a common/united South-West bloc to barter for a better position from the main contenders in 2019. Buhari or Atiku or Lamido or Maikarfi etc. The issue however is, any of these persons can form an alliance with him only to ignore him after the elections exactly as was done in 2015.

Really? Most readers 'hailing' this man are hailing him for the wrong thing. They should be hailing his intellectual double face. On one hand he claims the account is illegal and that he instituted a case against it (GEJ administration) On the other, the National Assembly has no right to query (Buhari's administration) What happened to National Assembly's role in financial oversight? He has simply argued his way out of any commitment to preventing this brazen theft of National resources while supposedly looking good doing it. |
Posted this on the original post. Him don win ba? three: |
Before.... The same Governor claimed he was being sidelined and persecuted by the then PDP Federal Government and therefore couldn't pay salaries. The funny dude still can't pay salaries but can commission capital projects. Obviously kickback from contract is so much better and easier than kickback from salaries.

Hmm..... The SARS will be useful in the run up to 2019. When the State decides to promote an adhoc unit of Law enforcement that has roundly been criticised by Law abiding citizens it becomes clear whose interest they are serving. Clearly not Nigerians. Some have turned SARS into a Wike vs Amaechi tiff forgetting that these individuals have arrogated to themselves the #LicenseToRobAndKill Democracy is taking a beating. |
