It should be illegal to be president of any country with 35% of the total votes cast in any election. Unless the winning party will form a government with a smaller party to make up 50% of the total votes cast or a rerun for the two leading parties where 50.001% wins.

However, to counter that is why the national spread of 25% in 2/3 of all of Nigeria is required as already satisfied by Tinubu.

Was Obi's intended Presidency if he had won the election going to reduce the price of fuel, seeing that he supported subsidy removal and Buhari had already removed it with effect from June 2023?
