I'm writing on behalf of my sister who happens to be pregnant and due for delivery in less than two weeks.
She has fibroid growing alongside her baby. Her first child was birthed via caesarian but as it is now, she doesn't have the financial capacity to go for a caesarian and insists she would try out the vaginal.
Apart from my parents and my younger sister, she happens to be all alone in this race as her husband had been violent and now has lost his job.
We wouldn't want to take a risk, but the teaching hospital where she is located is on strike which leaves her with the alternative of using a private hospital.

Let le give you my 2 cents,
When did she give birth to her first child? How long ago? 2 yrs? 3?if it is less than 2-3 yrs I think she should consider CS as first option


Take her to a general hospital (it should cost 6k for reg, 2-4 pint of blood, etc), they have specialist there and it is relatively cheap (total cost for CS should be between 45-60k).
