But these institutions are not attended by the indigenous people especially the Hausas because they see education as haram (forbidden). Most of the students in those schools are not the people of Kaduna State. |

ABUJA – The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court, on Friday, froze six separate bank accounts that were linked to the former Governor of Zamfara State, Abdulazeez Yari, following an ex-parte motion that was filed by the Federal Government.
Abdulazizi Yari The court, in a ruling that was delivered by Justice Taiwo Taiwo, ordered interim forfeiture of funds that comprised of both foreign and local currencies, which FG said was traced to the immediate past governor by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC.
While Naira and Dollar accounts in Zenith and Polaris Banks, respectively, were opened and operated in Yari’s name, the four other accounts were operated in the name of two firms, Kayatawa Nigeria Limited and B. T. Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited. The court ordered that ex-govenor Yari or anyone with vested interest in the accounts, must within 14 days, appear to show cause why the funds which the ICPC described as stashed loot, should not be permanently forfeited to the government It directed FG to publish the interim order in a national daily, within the next seven days. The court granted all the reliefs FG sought in the motion ex-parte marked FHC/ABJ/CS/916/2019, which was moved by ICPC’s lawyer, Mr. Osuobeni Akponimisingha. Justice Taiwo adjourned the matter till September 11. Specifically the court granted prayers for: “An order of interim forfeiture of the sum of N12, 912, 848.68 (Twelve Million, Nine Hundred and Twelve Thousand, Eighty Hundred and F orty-Eight Naira, Sixty-Eight Kobo), being proceeds of some unlawful activity allegedly stashed in Zenith Bank Plc with account number: 1001381684 in the name of Abdulazeez Abubakar Yari.
“An order of interim forfeiture of the sum of $56, 056.75 (Fifty-Six Thousand, Fifty-Six Dollars, Seventy-Five Cents), being proceeds of some unlawful activity allegedly stashed in Polaris Bank with account number: 21 10000928 in the name of Abdulazeez Abubakar Yari. “An order of interim forfeiture of the sum of N11, 159, 674.17 (Eleven Million, One Hundred and Fifty-Nine Thousand, Six Hundred and Seventy-Four Naira, Seventeen Kobo), being proceeds of some unlawful activity allegedly stashed in Zenith Bank Plc with account number: 1010757436 in the name of Kayatawa Nigeria Limited. “An order of interim forfeiture of the s.um of $301, 319 99 (Three Hundred and One Thousand, Three Hundred and Nineteen Dollars, ninety-nine cents), being proceeds of some unlawful activity allegedly stashed in Zenith Bank Plc with account number: 5360050304 in the name of Kayatawa Nigeria Limited. “An order of interim forfeiture of the sum of N217, 388.04 (Two Hundred and Seventeen Thousand, Three Hundred and EightyEight Naira, Four Kobo), being proceeds of some unlawful activity allegedly stashed in Zenith Bank Plc with account number; 1012556798 in the name of B.T. Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited. “An order of interim forfeiture of the sum of $311, 872.15 (Three Hundred and Eleven Thousand, Eight Hundred and Seventy-Two Dollars, fifteen cents), being proceeds of some unlawful activity allegedly stashed in Zenith Bank Plc with account number: 5364669609 in the name of B.T. Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited. “An order restraining any person or persons, whether human, juristic or artificial, not to part with, deal with, deal in or otherwise dispose of such property or any part thereof the following accounts: Abdulazeez Abubakar yari-1001381684«, Kayatawa Nigeria Limited-1010757436 (Naira Account), Kayatawa Nigeria Limietd-5360050304 (Dollar Account), B.T. Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited-1012556798 (Naira Account) and B.T. Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited-5364669609, all domiciled with Zenith Bank Plc and Abdulazeez Abubakar yari21 10000928, Polari Bank, pending the determination of the matter. “An order of this Honourable Court directing Zenith Bank Plc to fix the alleged proceeds of crime in the aforesaid accounts in an interest yielding account pending the Respondents show cause why the funds should not be forfeited to the Federal Government of Nigeria. As well as, “An order of this Honourable Court directing Polaris Bank Limited to fix the alleged proceeds of crime in the aforesaid account in an interest yielding account pending the Respondents show cause why the funds should not be forfeited to the Federal Government of Nigeria”.
In a supporting affidavit that was deposed to by Iliya Markus, an officer of the ICPC, he told the court that investigation revealed that Yari had two days before the expiration of his tenure in May 27, received N350m that was paid into his account by the Permanent Secretary Cabinet Affairs of Zamfara State, aside his salary. He said the amount was transferred the next day by Yari to EFAB Properties Limited. The deponent told the court that though Yari had from 2011 to 2019, used the account to draw his salaries, he however received additional N10m from the Zamfara State Ministry of Finance on August 4, 2011. He told the court that Yari had on April 7, 2011, deposited $40m in cash, into the account of the 2nd Respondent, Kayatawa Nigeria Ltd, which had zero balance before he became governor.
ICPC said analysis of the firm’s account further revealed that Yari deposited the sum of $90m cash in 13 tranches.
“That on June 27, 2011, the 1st Respondent also deposited the sum of $50, 000.00 (Fifty Thousand Dollars) in cash into the account of the 2nd Respondent. “That one Zayyanu Abubakar deposited the sum of $180, 000. 00 (One Hundred ‘Eighty Thousand Dollars) into the account of the 2nd Respondent between August and September, 2017″.
It said analysis revealed that N150m was transferred to the account of the 3rd Respondent, B. T. Oil and Gas Nigeria, from the Nigeria Governors Forum on June 18, 2015, while Yari served its Chairman. He was said to have withdrawn N100m from the account on July 18, 2015. “That the alleged funds in the accounts of the Respondents in the aforementioned banks are proceeds of some unlawful activities carried out by the Respondents against the Government and good people of Zamfara State and by extension the Federal Government of Nigeria. “That the alleged funds are far above the legitimate earnings of the Respondents. That there is nothing to show that the Respondents legitimately earned the various found in their respective bank accounts. “That I know of a fact, and it is now of public knowledge, that the activities of the Respondents, more particularly, the 1st Respondent has become a daily occurrence amongst State Governors in Nigeria. “That the applicant has commenced a thorough investigation activities around the Respondents to x-ray other facts which are likely to be more shocking and ground breaking. “That from investigation findings, the 1st Respondent failed to declare his directorship of Kayatawa Nigeria Limited with the Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB. “That some of the properties allegedly declared with the CCB as owned by 1st Respondent are far above what his legitimate income can afford. My husband always praise his mum cos she trained him to med school here in U.S.A, of course who wouldn't just like I don't joke with my dad cos he did well for his six kids, so he adores his mum, praises her in every situation, always at her beck and call, I didn't see it as a big deal cos, well, it's his mum, we met here in NY, he and his family stay in Maryland while I was schooling in NY, the plan was when we get married I'll go back and forth till I finish school then move to Maryland, so I took in, you know first pregnancy how difficult it is, so one of those days i went to ML for the weekend one time, during that period, his mum had a get together so everyone is expected to be there, being in my first trimester, I was sick and told her I can't be there, she insisted and I told her I'll try, when the time came I was too ill to go anywhere so I didn't go, all for his mum to come later that night and was shouting saying and I quote "when I tell my son your husband to run he will run, even if I tell him to jump he will do just that so who are you to tell me you can't come, what silly sickness, if I blow that your belly, highest is you'll loose the pregnancy and then take in again,nothing is going to happen" that is exactly what she said, I was shocked, my husband was there looking he didn't say anything, his father was there, he shouted at her that why would she say something like that, his mum shut him down saying all manner of unsayable things because she was more like the breadwinner, his sister, that one cannot talk if not the mother will insult her very existence just because she got pregnant out of wedlock but she still married the father ooo, me, my mouth was open, I couldn't talk cos I dont even know what to say, when they left hubby didnt even try to ease my mind or anything, the next day I jejely left for NY, vowing that my leg will never step into ML anymore.
Sincerely I was tempted to abort and divorce my husband because I don't understand how someone can say evil like that, even if it was a joke, that was nonsense, since then I've been in NY, I gave birth here, Dre has been the one coming here, it's not like me and his mum don't talk, she calls and we talk, sometimes I call too, all for recently, infact last week Dre says he got an opening for a job here and he wants to take it, I blatantly told him NO, because his parents couldnt work anymore due to health and all so they are staying with him in ML, him moving here means his mum will do that too, I told him no that I like things the way they are, no issues, nothing, I cannot stay in the same house with his mum because we will have issues that one is certain, he started shouting, I reminded him of what his mother said two years ago, he now said it is the past, which past? Now that I'm working I am expected to leave my babies with her, call me delusional the instinct of a mother is to protect her children, even if she may not do anything, we will still have issues and I don't want that before someone say I'm disrespectful when I talk back.

Although I cannot blame your husband or his parents because this is just your own version of the story. If it all happened as you narrated, please do not agree to stay with your husband's family. Some mother inlaws could be very mean especially the African ones. Please ignore those who said that it is part of marriage experiences, endure and keep the African's laws. Do not agree to stay in an abusive marriage with a serial bully, it is very dangerous for you and your child. However, if your husband wants to relocate to New York with his parents, tell him to rent a separate appartment for them and hire a nanny that will take care of them. Do not agree to live under the same roof with them. Remember, a leopard cannot change the colour of its skin. If your husband does not like this, be firm but don't be rude. Just tell him NO. If he threatens to divorce you, so be it. Don't allow him to carjole you. Remember, it is better for you to be alive and train your child than to be in an abusive marriage. I will also advise you to inform your parents about what you are going through. This is very important for reference purpose. I am not saying that you should report your husband and his parents to them, but explain all your predicaments and how you are handling them. Hello guys, my younger sister's Facebook account was hacked. I have made several attempts to get it back but I couldn't.
I tried to use online hacking tool to get it back but what I got was the hacker's Facebook email.
Can anyone help me to do this? The hacker's Facebook username is gavinmatia.
