ProPastorChris: @ mr frosbel,I wish you had said somthing reasonable. What makes your post any different or better than Frosbel's OP? |
oloriooko: so many babblers on this forum, why don't you start your own church and show them how to run it!See Deeper Bible Life Ministries. |

Donxavier: Wow... I used to love cartoon too especially during my formative years but as adulthood kicked in I kind off outgrew it and it didn't hold any appeal for me anymore. Guess different strokes for different folksHmmm... Different strokes bro. I had the normal interests also in cartoons. As adulthood approached the interest waned but somehow I refused to let go of certain animations. People see me watching Penguins of Madagascar, Ice Age series and think I am acting childish. It's a lie. The dialogue in those series were made for people of all ages. I tend to think that they even appeal more to adults than children even. I have a really soft spot for the characters in that Penguins of Madagascar. It's not a juvenile thing. |
Have been reminded once again about who I've been fraternising with for the past 6 years. ![]() It's all good. No wahala. |
When I became aware of the face thing, I learnt to control my facial expression, close my eyes and savour the moment. ![]() It's option D. ![]() P.S No offence, but those chunky lips made the guy ugly o. Choi! ![]() |

jammyng: For your info, westerners are more religious, I repeat more religious (not fanatical) than africans. I bet you don't know that the key statement of the US is 'in God we trust'Then you should also know that their currency bears the inscription 'Novo ordo seculorum'. Find out what that means. And I don't mean its translation. |
real-teflon:Dude, find out what employers require in a candidate and develop yourself. |
Served at a school. Got retained after service. Went home to go and prepare but changed my mind eventually, on taking the job. Pay was too low. At home while I was job-hunting and thinking of what to do with my life, a friend and former classmate called to tell me he was in Lagos and had gotten a job with one pharma company. I almost ran mad. Following week, I headed to Lag, secured a contract, commission-based job about two weeks later. I knew within me that it was just a waste of time. Kept on praying and hunting for a better offer. Big break eventually came 3 months later from a company I hadn't any interest in. God and His amazing mercies. Been rocking that one for five years now but if I see another better opening I go fly sharperly. Not my fault. All in all, it took me 3 months post-NYSC to secure my first. |
That music playing at half-time. ![]() |
I want to believe it is propaganda. Is it really true what people say about Nigerians going abroad to wash toilets and dishes? ![]() |
lorretta u: Read the majority of men's comments here and u'lll understand what I meanMeaning you'd still follow the traditional way of waiting first for the guy to ask you out. Nne it's the 'natural' way biko. Saves you a lot of emotional stress. Don't you see how those Yankee relationships are usually short-lived? |
nne3870: Reminds me of how Africa was colonized. Gradually it started like the whites were interested in developing our continent but before our very own eyes we were molested and taken as slaves and our resources stolen to develop their economy. Nne I ri kwa la ihe taa? |
LOL. See Emeka Ike and his inflatible coat ![]() Seems Ramsey Noah was dragged into posing in the pics. |
lorretta u: Unless of course I find myself in yankee.Nwa di ok! What has Yankee got to do with anything? |

Lobeez: And the likes of Farouk are still walking as free men, justice indeed...Otedola should have uploaded his own video to Youtube too. Justice would have been swifter. ![]() |

Mr Aboki: IMO STATE ARE LIKE TRAITORS! WE ARE WATCHING THEM, OKOROCHA & their new found bedmates Ndi na ku isi na a'na.[/sub][/right][/b]Enyi, echem na i wu onye aboki. |
Similar thing happened to me. I finished Applied Microbiology and only got to discover after NYSC that I did better in Finance etc. 6 yrs later and the conviction is still there. But Anatomy is a bit 'deeper' into the sciences (especially life sciences) na! You may change careers, (like join a bank) and later realize that you were not quite cut out for that job. What other options have u considered? Or programmes you've run, that tended towards finance? |
I could swear that just before I opened the thread, I suspected that this news must have originated from China. |
