The patient was bitten on his back. He ran away without identifying the snake. Now what anti-venom were the medical team supposed to use in treating him, when they didn't know what type if snake that bit him?
I guess that is the most frequent challenge to administering anti-venom: knowing what particular snake bit the patient.

I remember one night I went to the hospital to treat a scorpion sting, they kept asking me over and over again if I was sure it was a scorpion and not a snake. As if I'd have the time to reply them if it was a snake.
