cramjones: Never mention Wole Soyinka's son or the APC in the mess we find ourselves in. The crook called Onyebuchi Chukwu, and the crook CMD had the mandate to make the hospital world class, but instead of doing so, they stole the money! Oh i recall GEJ calls it "ordinary stealing". Just like the people of Bukina Faso burnt down their presidential villa so shall it be to Aso Rock, the Haramites and the Jonathanians, should they scuttle our bid to retake power! Do the right thing and vote them out. All the best to your mama!
-CramJones This man. You really should learn fast to adopt the level of maturity that comes with your age. How is Jonathan or the erstwhile health minister personally responsible for the day-to-day running of activities in the hospital? What makes that hospital different from FMC Umuahia or LUTH or the other hospital mentioned by an earlier poster in the North? It's this puerile habit of always running to prematurely lay blames at the doorstep of the presidency, that keeps your reasoning down at childish levels. The OP has said that due to his complaints, they have now cut the grass which had overgrown the visitors resting area. Do you now see the small albeit positive step? Instead of blaming Jonathan for the overgrown weeds. Learn to think before you speak. |

jidestroud: Firstly, i feel so stupid and used. okay, the real story is this, I promised my girlfriend (Now ex) a Samsung Note 3 phone for her birthday. Luckily for me at my place of work, the cooperative had the same phone up for pick up. As a guy who is deeply in love and knows that giving is part of maintaining a healthy relationship, i decided to pick up 2 Samsung Note 3 at the rate of N130,000 to be paid over a period of 12 months. Good news, the birthday came and i delivered. Bad news, just 2days after my warm heart gift to her, she BROKE UP WITH ME. REASON: She doesn't see a future, blah blah blah...family issues, cultural differences. i'm in the second month of my payment now. still paying for my Ex phone.
Advice: Can I ask her for the phone back? i feel cheated. (To make matters worse, she even uses her new bobo as Dp's on her bbm, for a phone i'm still going to be indebted for the next 10 months.
SHOULD I GET MY PHONE BACK? Be truthful, did she breakup with you just 2 days after you gave her the gift? |

Politics › Re: Defection: Bianca Ojukwu Lambasts Peter Obi, Shuns Ex-gov In Netherlands by Tinyemeka(m): 8:52pm On Oct 21, 2014 |
tete7000: I have read it. I am sure you are trying to refer me to the part that says Obi could have stayed in APGA and support the president if he wants and that she is still an APGA person despite being an ambassador in PDP government. However, my own grouse is Bianca being a cynosure of Ojukwu should never have taken any appointment from PDP. It doesn't matter she is still in APGA or not. When you look at the whole thing from the background that the first time Jonathan appointed her as Special Adviser Ojukwu was still on the bed at terminal stage of his life, the whole saga further makes Bianca looks like she doesn't understand the implications of what she did. I will continue to maintain that if anyone would take appointment from PDP, it should never have been Bianca, the widow of Ojukwu. What vow could be stonger than marital vow. Could Ojukwu hale and healthy have permitted her to take the appointment? I doubt. APGA could nominate another for the position. Once Bianca took appointment and most especially at the critical time she did, she opened a floodgate for everyone else to romance PDP at will. She doesn't posses the moral standing to accuse Obi of treachery. She started the whole process. My own opinion though. If I am to follow your line of reasoning (which I am not), then Ojukwu also made a grave mistake in accepting that accumulated pension for service in the [Nigerian Army]. Sometimes our assumed ideologies tend to make us cry more than the bereaved. |
