But never let ur judgment be biased by nationality cos am looking at d two sistas individually.

as 4 setting a test, it doesn't always augur well 4 d tester but if u feel u must do so then do it but be ready 2 face d consequences.

[b]my simple suggestion is this

1- Script writers should try to brush up on their written English.
2- They should try to be creative instead of bringing up tales that belong to Hints and other magazines of that nature.
3- Educated people should act roles and not people who just spit out word for word whatever mistake the script writer has put down.
4- Actors like Hanks Anukwu should not be allowed anywhere near a film set or location cos I sincerely think they don't belong there but in a mental home until they can figure out their origins.
5- Soundtracks should not be songs that are being sung on set narrating the whole story line. Producers can use songs by Nigerian artists as soundtracks to movies unless they are scared to pay the artists for that.
6- Unnecessary scenes should not come into play and when it does, it should be edited. Scenes that depicts the thoughts of an actor where he recalls incidents that occurred when he wasn't even there. It makes one imagine where the thoughts are coming from.
7- Our producers and directors should know that make-up and costumes go a long way to make or mar a movie so that aspect should be given real consideration.
8- Roles should be played by people who fit them and not by names. In this case I mean that Jim Iyke, Desmond Elliot, RMD, and all others must not take up roles because they are who they are but rather the role must be done by someone who fits it.
9- I guess its high time we do away with some faces as principal actors in Nollywood cos they don't even play their roles perfectly e.g Jim Iyke, Desmond Elliot, Rita Dominic, Emeka Ike, Hanks Anukwu, and all the other sickos. Some should be done away with entirely (Hanks and Rita) while others can be used in supporting roles or crowd filling scenes (jim, desmond and emeka).
10- Time should be taken during the whole process of acting and producing so we don't end up with scrap on our screens. No need making a movie that one would see just ones in 2 days when we can take like months or years to come out with something that you wont mind seeing over and over again.
11- Movie titles should be brief and meaningful instead of one long stupid sentence.
12- When doing a particular scene, our directors and producers should take note of the arrangements and environment whenever it has to be reenacted so that we dont end up watching a scene where Shan George is sporting a head-tie but on another camera angle of the same scene you get to see her without the head tie but with braids.
13- Time should be taken to edit the movies properly so as to correct point 12 above.
14- Finally (for now), our NFVCB national film and video censors board should please shun the tips handed to them by Emmalex and co so as to approve the drama they put together in the name of movie.[/b]

pls stay away 4rm alcohol or any other stimulant 2 days b4 ur medicals, AM SERIOUS. leave d popping of champagne and knocking down of green bottles until after ur medicals so dat it wont influence d result. and i hope u aint positive . try 2 drink enuff water b4 d medicals so dat u will giv them d best urine sample ever.

now after d medicals, u will get 2 hear 4rm them within 3 weeks. where u fail to hear 4rm them, pls call me so i culd tell u wat u need 2 do. cos i experienced sumtin similar. then pls make ur suits available. black, navy blue and gray.

dude am gonna try 2 answer u wit dis lil illustration: "a driver was on d road on a cool sunny morning, he was hardly 10 mins away 4rm his house when he had an accident, it was just a slight brush so both parties involved settled over a hand shake. 20 mins after dat he was involved in another accident which got him pissed, but he moved on and by 4 pm he had been involved in 10 different accidents. Well apart 4rm talkin abt d analytical abilities which engineering has enabled u 2 acquire though technically, d plain answer 2 d question is this : "dat u believe dat as a university graduate, u will be able 2 fit in2 any field u find urself in due 2 d fact dat u've been oportuned 2 touch a liltle bit of everything while u were in school". i was told dat dis is d most reasonable answer 4 one whose course aint bank related cos 4 u 2 answer a graduate, u should be able 2 learn fast and fit in wherever u find urself. trust me on dis cos i know of someone who was told dat by d panel who interviewed him in Enugu.

Now about d interview, its going to be in 2 stages 4 sure. u will get in2 d 2nd stage only if u scale through d first. In d first stage, u wuld be asked first 2 tell them about yourself in less than 30 secs. please don't rush it so that u wuldn't make mistakes. what comes next might be determined by their interest on any point u might have raised while talkin about yourself. u wuld be asked about your knowledge about d banking sector and operations. try 2 ansa as you're able 2. then u wuld also be asked about d relationship between your course and d bank. if dey would want u in marketing, then expect questions from that area so try to know a little about marketing strategies because u might be asked 2 market your phone or sumtin 2 them as a test. also expect 2 be asked how u submitted your cv 2 them, i.e through hard copy or online. please u wuld be expected 2 ask them questions. they appreciate it a lot so ask them about their products and ongoing promos but please never forget 2 massage their ego but don't over do it. well that's all i can remember 4 now about d 1st stage.

When you're done wit d first stage, start praying hard that u get called to the 2nd stage. It wuld be immediate, as in that same day. u wont even have 2 leave d bank because dey wuld start calling d successful ones immediately after dey have drilled everyone in d first stage. D second stage is quite cool and tough at d same time because u would be facing nuttin less than 3 top shots in d bank, viz: the regional manager, branch manager and head of personnel but don't panic sha, dey might be worn out 4 d day and if it happens 2 be so then dey wont ask u much because they wuld be itching 2 leave their. dey wuld also start with u telling them about yourself. in this case be audible because they wuld be conversing among themselves but do not be deceived because they r attentive 2 every detail. and if God be on your side that day, they might just ask you to go after u've told them about yourself but if you're among d first set of people dey r meeting then expect more questions. in my case i only talked about myself and while i was only half way in2 d story i was asked 2 stop and go. please note that if your told 2 go and dey add that dey wuld get back 2 u, it means that you're home free.

But please put d whole thing in God's hands because he has d final say. You guys didn't mention d interview date so i hope it comes soon because they really need more hands because more branches wuld be in operation before December.

I Need Advice On How To Start Dealing In Stock

Hi all! Please I desperately need candid advice on how to start trading in stocks in the NSE.

I just inherited some shares worth about N750k in Union Bank. am thinkin of selling them off to start real stock trading and i aint got a clue on how to go about it.

Please I need suggestions from anyone and everyone. Holla back.

Guy i wuld luv 2 suggest dat u go remain in firstbank 4 reasons which i believe u r supposed 2 know.

If u have been following international financial news updates, u wuld have known dat first bank is currently undergoing some changes which was brought abt by d bid by HSBC London inorder 2 acquire firstbank fully. The bank has currently reviewed its salary scale, and wuld do so again in d not 2 distant future after d acquisition process has been completed. This wuld be 2 put its staff on equal footing with their colleagues in the UK. What dis portends its dat in no time, firstbank wuld be d biggest name in d Nigerian banking industry.

My man dis is just my own suggestion, the decision is urs 2 make.

It was when I was in my final year, I was dating a gal and was kinda serious wit her then. On that very day I was going to check on her at her faculty cos I was through with my lectures and had no mind to hang on in school. On my way 2 her faculty, I ran into another sweet gal whom I had known 4rm ma first year and had sworn to go out with her b4 both of us leave the school and frankly speaking we were both digging ourselves at the time. So I stopped 2 chat with her and she was like she doesn't get to see me in school as b4, and if I was ok, u know stuff like that. I was like "well I have been around only that I don't hang out no more, I just come to school, do ma thing and am out". She was like since she is with me she wont mind being with me that day so I told her that b4 we leave school I had 2 check up someone in the faculty. She went in with me and asked if the person I was checking on was ma girlfriend. I responded to the question wit a smile. On getting to the dept of ma gal, I met one of her friends and asked after her and was told that she didn't come to school dat day. I felt she was ill cos when I was wit her d previous evening she complained of headache and slight fever. I came out and met d one waiting 4 me outside and told her dat I was sorry I culdnt go any where wit her dat day cos i had somewhere I had 2 rush off to. She felt bad cos she had made plans for both of us that day. We walked out of d school gate together 2 d point where I had 2 take a bike. She brought out some dough and paid d bike man and turned and walked away. I was in a hurry to say thank you, I just asked d bike man 2 move. On getting 2 d hostel of ma gal, ma nose was bombarded with different types of aroma. I thot I had walked into d Kitchen of a Hilton Hotel. I climbed up 2 her room in a hurry and knocked on d door and there she was with her sister and another friend cooking. I asked after her health and she said she was ok. I asked her y didn't she come to school and she said she decided to do some cooking so she went to the market to get some stuff and she has been cooking all day. I now told her that I thot she was ill and had to rush over. I told her that the least she could have done was to call and let me know that she wouldn't be coming to school that day. I was mad at her while she was busy saying she never knew I was so caring. While this was going on, I was kicking maself in ma mind 4 not goin along with the other gal dat day since d plan she had was that I accompany her to the bank, and from there to her crib. I was badly pissed at maself cos I culdn't reach her on phone to know if she was still in d bank or back home. Besides I didn't even know which bank she went to if not I culd have risked going 2 look for her there. The more I thot of this the more I felt bad with maself that I stood up and went home without telling ma gal friend that i was leaving.

I know this is quite a long gist, but the point is this I was stupid dat day cos I didn't abide by d "bird in hand" rule. Though am real glad that presently am going out with d second chick and we have been goin out for 2 years now. And I also strictly abide by my own motto : "A BIRD IN HAND IS THE VERY BIRD"[/b]
