Did you see Buhari's registration number on that certificate? That alone can be used to verify if a candidate actually sat for an exam(don't know if you can go as far as 1961).

On WAEC's website, the requirements for an attestation includes a photocopy of your certificate(where applicable) which the old man has no hold of.

Enough of this pettiness and redundant talks.

Thus, with a sworn affidavit, someone who doesn't have a photocopy of his lost/missing certificate, who couldn't remember his Reg. Number for verification of results, can just present any manipulated Testimonial from any school and be issued Attestation of Result from WAEC??
