ignore him, you are all responding just how he planned it, |
there was once a big argument in my class whether CSR is a cost or an investment, as usual , there were people for both sides, at the end the lecturer said, it is one of the greatest investments companies undertake because [belive it or not], these companies get a fraction if not more of their investment back. do you know that they actually utilise alot of investment techniques for CSR i.e Cost Benefit Analysis, DCF etc. i just read about some water purifying stuff, P&G developed and could not sell adequately, they turned it to CSR( indonesia, malawi) and they are actually winning awards with it with an increase in stock price when i finish, we will offer consultancy services in CSR |
at Mr Frank and Cheexy, is there opportunity for a quick fix or i should wait until it is marked down ![]() |

my girlfriend and i kissed on our first date and the relationship is growing at a geometric progression so if the passion is there, go 4 it. |
i would go for the 5 bedroom duplex, having two architects on one project might not be a too good idea ( one ship-two captains rule) get a quantity surveyor to quantify it, will help in the long run, work out a budget drawdown plan i.e how much is expected to be spent each week, forthnight, month, e.t.c what have u done on the issue of suppliers and hw to manage them (might make some peeps extra rich) hope this spurs some other issues to be considered |
just spoke with my broker and he said i should 4get about IGI and opted me to buy Intercontinental Homes and Savings (if i wanted to go for a private placement). i just found out that i got cornerstone for an average of N2.70, i wonder when i will make a pile on it. |
wow, we win some and lose some, thanks anyway for the info on lagos |
been monitoring the site ever since this morning, thanks alot for providing regular updates, i have been listening to cool fm (online) and its has been from pop music to afrocalypso music (no added value) most of the other sites do not have any tangible thing to offer concerning the elections still expecting the outcome of my state(lagos), once again, i applaud all who have contributed to this forum |
@cheexy, would you be generous enough to supply stock which u consider short term that have year ends in the immediate future cheers |
