Yossi Benayoun is simply beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He should be a first team regular, move gerrard back to the mid-field from time to time with Aquilani as back-up, Mascherano or Lucas as DM, Riera on the left and Babel on the bench (or at Ajax) and we'll be just fine!

United is under investigation as we speak concerning the signing of Pogba so I'd suggest you just shut up and hope your dear team doesn't get drawn into this witch-hunt. I'm certain Wenger isn't as comfortable as you are right now.

Only a knob would take this as a positive for Chelsea, yes they're playing great now but it only takes a 'Joe Cole-ish' kind of injury to a key player or another wanting out of the club or even an individual drop in form to change things drastically. However, I still feel it was quite surprising since many of the big clubs tap-up players too.

If City come calling for Terry next summer, expect to see Abrahmovic on his knees tugging at Terry's shorts! tongue

Standard Liege is a very difficult team to play against and are very physical. That said, Arsenal and Liege to qualify. Utd and Wolfsburg, Chelsea and athletico, Liverpool and Lyon to also qualify. Shit draws, very unbalanced.

Stat attack: Liverpool have not lost at home to a team in the League other than Chelsea or Manchester Utd since Birmingham beat them 1-0 in November 2004.

This is quite amazing - only two clubs have won on our patch in the past 5 years.

villa's form is poor right now, liverpool should find this one easy, but knowing how they lose to teams with young and fast players, u cant write anything off just yet. grin
LOL!!! Stop fishing mate. So why haven't they lost to Arsenal in the last 5 Epl clashes with them? Teams like Stoke, Hull, West Ham, Wigan, etc held the Reds to draws last season, hardly 'young and fast', are they?  tongue Liverpool can beat ANY team on their day, fast, slow, etc.

Villa are in shambles at the moment BUT they deserve respect all the same. All I can say is that the result won't depend on them today. It'll depend on which Liverpool turns up!

P.S- Calling the likes of Carew, Petrov, Heskey, Cuellar, etc" 'Young and Fast' really made my day!! (At Villa, pace lies with Agbonlahor and Young only)

After reading comments from knee-jerkers like Grizzly, Otokx, Coolguyz and chic2pimp, I was grateful for some sane comments from Bgees. Lucas has been one of the best performers so far this season and he's barely 22yrs and filling the void left by the one of the best passers of the ball, Alonso. angry angry angry

Also saying Liverpool haven't beaten Stoke since they arrived at the EPL is a joke! They've met just twice and Stoke haven't even scored against the Reds yet (scored 3 against Chelsea and Utd, and beat Arsenal!) This doesn't make these three teams 'clueless', does it?

If we aint gonna win, i'll prefer Arsenal to win

Liverpool, NO ( we are tied on 18-18 and they shldnt get to 19 or 20 b4 us)
Chelsea , NO For obvious reasons. The man will come and start shouting he came and won it his first season

@Sauron, its rather rich calling Liverpool 'trophyless' considering Utd didnt win any league title for 25 years! It took Faggie 4 yrs to win the League cup and 7 years to win the League title! Rafa has won two major trophies as well as getting to two CL finals in just 5 years at the helm.
