nyabinghi: @toxic,
probably u just started watching soccer this year. How many times has Liverpool outscored United in a football year. Liverpool is the most boring top 4 team in England. A typical route one football team. I guess you're as bright as your name indicates because Liverpool is a team that offers exceptional drama; Best Champions league final (Istanbul)-Various, Best Fa Cup Final (vs West Ham)-Various; Best 07/08 Champions League Match vs Arsenal (Anfield) Record no of goals scored in a UCL match vs Besiktas Highest European goal scoring team in all competitions 07/08 Best 08/09 UCL match vs Chelsea, Best Premiership match for a decade vs Arsenal 08/09 (Anfield) Even Chelsea played interesting football when Liverpool came to town. A MIRACLE!!!!!!!!!! |
Sharrap! Football is beautiful when played by decent teams. Did you see Liverpool vs Barca 06/07? Players like Deco, Ronaldinho, Messi, etc were at their prime but Liverpool took the game to them and beat them 2-1 at Nou Camp. That was a beautiful game. I want Hull to fucking get relegated!! I'd second that notion I really dislike that team but I'd love to see Middlesbrough and Stoke relegated too. tayoccu: a minuite or 2 was enough stoppage time, but the Arrow gave 5,and yossi scored after the 2 mins mark.
but why cry over spilt milk? Every sub incurs 30 seconds of stoppage time. So 2nd halves usually have about 3 minutes of extra time. However as you said, there's no use tearing one's beard over spilt booze. @BgeesI wouldn't blame anyone for slagging Reina, 11 goals conceeded in 4 matches isn't acceptable, simple. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Liverpool (4) Vs Arsenal (4) On Tuesday 21st April 2009 by tocdee(m): 9:47am On Apr 22, 2009 |
What I can't understand is why Liverpool's defence have suddenly gone from tight to shaky. Prior to this match, they had conceeded the fewest and kept the most clean-sheets in the EPL by shutting out teams so efficiently. I think Reina's form has dropped drastically and Carragher needs to be rested a bit for Skrtel and Agger to form an understanding. That said, thanks to the Reds for giving the neutrals 2 games of their lives in 1 week. As a red though, I hate that we scored 8 and conceeded 8. A boring 1-0 would be so much better PS @ Myself2 I dunno how you can call Liverpool lucky after that match. They absolutely dominated proceedings! tayoccu: I normally don't pick on refs, but that bloody Arrow robbed us. the Arrow disallowed 2 beautiful goals, and gave 5 extra mins in an half where no one got hurt and there was no scuffle Yossi scored just after the 92nd minute. He didnt need the 5 minutes, did he? |
