Blame it on the ladies

This title leaves so much to ponder over and what exactly are we blaming on the ladies?

Do you know that ladies should take the blame for the low drive in our Nigerian men?

Do you know that an average Nigerian lady would rather prefer to marry a man who is an employee of a “well established” company rather than to say yes I do to a man who is still struggling to be an employer of labor.
It is amazing how an average Nigerian lady will go all out to kill the zeal of a young and promising entrepreneur simply because of the fear of the unseen,she will advice him to take up a job just because she is more interested in having the assurance that there is a regular in-flow of cash either for her selfish gains or for the sake of the children yet unborn.

Ok I guess you will be saying in your mind ”this guy don come again” so do me this favor and lets do this real life testing..

If you are a guy who is still searching for job simply call your lady on the phone and tell her “honey wow!guess what? I have gotten a business idea I want to start” and please observe her response.

Wait for another week and call her again but this time say “Honey you won’t believe I got a good job” and also observe her response.

And for those who are already working,simply call your lady and tell her “honey I have decided to quit my job to start my personal business” ..i am almost certain you are in for a long sermon on why you should not.

Some ladies are even kind enough to ask you to get a job first then probably raise the money for the business as though they are so certain that all the money you earn monthly from the hopeful job will be saved for your intending business and unfortunately by the time you start a job you intend spending just few years,you will wake up after 20years to discover you are still stuck up in same job because the employees we have are pretty smart enough not to allow you space for yourself and you will even have to lie in order to attend an interview for another job offer.

Please don’t get it twisted…as a man,there is absolutely nothing wrong in taking up a job if that is what rocks your boat but I am simply laying emphases on some Nigerian ladies who lack vision,those who are mediocre and those who just believe that getting by is more important in life than attaining a potential maximum IN YOUR CHOSEN CAREER.

Our ladies must understand that just as we have men who are ok with a paid jobs and depend on the employer to gain promotion and more take home pay,we also have men who are visionary,men who would rather want to be an employer of labor rather than be an employee,men who will stop at nothing to achieve their dreams and men who will later become the Dangotes and bill gates of today and eventually become a owner of a company many see today as well established.

I have seen ladies leaving their relationships and marriages simply the man in question made it a duty to pursue his dreams rather than bow to the pressure of looking for a paid job and such men have been tagged stagnant,lazy,visioness by the women in their lives while the men who work in blue chip companies or “well established companies” are seen as the real deal,the hard-workers and the ones who are truly ready to raise a family and more absurd is the fact that many married ladies will not even mind leaving their marriage to be carried away by men with regular paid jobs.

The unfortunate fact most Nigerian ladies fail to understand is this…A man of vision will always achieve his goals in the long run and only death can stop such and if you take everything away from a man of vision, he will always rise again.

Another man on the other hand might just be lucky to be employed in a well established organization but unfortunately,if such job is lost,the lady will be left with the stark reality that this guy is only the type who must get a job at all cost before his family survive and will not mind just any job just to get stipends to bring home to the family.

This is my point ladies…the choice remains yours but please do not stress our men who are visionary,determined and result oriented. Allow them pursue their dreams.Get a life for yourself,get financially independent and allow this man space to actualize his dreams.

As for the man, just as I wrote,there is absolutely nothing wrong if getting a job is your passion,go ahead and reach the zenith of your careers.

But for those who are determined to be employers of labor or self sufficient,please do not allow any woman talk down on you or make you dump your dreams but no matter how long you persist in achieving your dreams,you must realize that you must also have something doing that pays the bills no matter how small it is.

Now back to the matter...my question is...what happens if that guy loses his job in any of the mentioned sectors?

I keep telling our ladies..MARRY A GUY WITH A VISION...a guy that knows he is good at something and not necessarily a guy who is just lucky to be employed because a man of vision will always bounce back no matter the setback but a guy with salary mentality will remain redundant until he gets another job should he lose his present job.

I guess Buhari should no better that the inclusion of this lady will raise an eyebrow at least not until the girls are found.

I voted APC and i believe they will perform but i never believed for a second that this unintelligent decision will be made.

APC should please do proper mindsearching before makibg some decisions. Based on moral grounds,this lady should not have any appointment not until the girls are found and the appointment should be a passive one at that..

Most guys are present and future minded meaning that if a man meets you today and sincerely wants you,the number of guys u hv had in the past holds no water and your rough past is inconsequential provided it does not have a future implication like damaged womb or sti.

Now a sexually decent lady by my reckoning is a lady who is faithful to only man man and will nver bed another man asides just one at the present moment she is dating the guy.

A sexually decent lady can also be said to be the type who does not swtch from one man to another meaning getting in and out of relationships arbitrarily or indiscriminately even if she sleeps with one man at a time.

Actually we share contrasting opinions in this regard. I'd hardly take a 28yr old "wife material" as serious as I would a 21yr old who has her act together.

Just as guys pretend/lie when they're looking for something, ladies do too. Psychology teaches us that people do not change. They adjust their appearance to appeal to a target audience.
I've seen ~~devils~~ poorly trained girls, rude ~~idiots~~ set of people, suddenly begin to act nice and pleasant to everyone when they hit 25-28. Does that automatically change them from idiots to "wife materials"? HELL NO!

Even if I happen to meet a lady I like and she happens to be in her late 20s, I won't take her seriously until I've dug into her past and discovered that her behavior has been consistent right from her late teens.

Marriage is no joke, my peace of mind is worth more than a billion US dollars.

Notice that I have been using the phrase "wife material" in quotes. That's because no one size fits all, there's no particular list that applies to everyone. People have different things they look for in a spouse (men or women).

I never generalize and using the word most means there are exceptions.

Nevertheless i still tell you for a fact that a 27yr old guy ready for marriage may have to do a bit more work in searching except he has been dating a lady before that time..this is my point.

Wat im saying is that if a man suddenly finds himself needing a wife then its better to go for ladies of say 25yrs at least to aboid wasting his time with a lady who is still unsure of wat she wants. i know wat im writing from experience and i guess its like a phase most ladies love passing through.

sometimes i wonder why guys stress themselves about not finding a wige material...

Stop chasing after ladies below the age of 26 because most of them are still dreamers with unreasonable expectations in a potential husband.

Go for ladies of 26 and above who seem to be realizing the obvious and the ladies in this category will definitely maintain a status quo that will put them at a vantage position for matrimony. Yes they can pretend but they also know too well the meaning of divorce should they mess up.

for me if u are not 27 and above i no go even think of wooing you cos u are probably still in your fantasy world.

Sometimes i wonder when ladies say husbands are scarce...

I am a man and i can speak for quite a number of us. What we need in a woman is simple and straight forward.

1.Sexual decency
2.Excellent cook
3.Financial independence
4.Humility
5.Fear of GOD.

Any other anomaly can be corrected as long as you are humble and GOD fearing and even the romance side of it can be learnt and the irony of it is that a man might be forced to dump a lady with sexy curves who lacks these virtues for a not too physically attractive lady who possesses them.
