Domineeringness personifies toxicity, while dominance personifies decorum/stability.

At the risk of sounding immodest, as a man who has always had the best of/most able women voluntarily walking and working with me on my philosophy anywhere I go, I say avoid sounding like a wannabe libertarian henceforth. Your weak posit shows that you don't know or have what it takes to walk the walk without being hurt and without being the direct reason someone will feel hurt. Some of you like to argue unnecessarily, anyway that's the hallmark of mental parochial people.

If your work experience is with government or with a recognised institution then yes you can. However based on calculation, entry level of bsc is level 8 so for level 13, you need 12 years post nysc experience.

I have 13 years of work experience in two private companies over the span of 13 years post nysc. The second company is well recognized and this is my 9th year here in.
The company I currently work does exactly the same thing as the government organization I am eyeing for a start but with higher standards ( government organizations have very poor standards and one wonders why they don't seek improved standards).
I also have certification in my field awarded by the regulatory body and I'm currently doing masters in my course. Is level 14 remotely possible for me?
Why I'm asking is because a friend was telling me that the best I can get is level 12 though he's not sure, but i don't think I can take level 12.
How I am supposed to get a job is through the DG of an organization who already offered me civil service job through my dad though I declined before but I'm now ready to accept .
My current emolument is over 300 monthly and I'm only interested in civil service because of the directorship in view in few years and also because I heard they send staffs abroad for training as from a certain level. What level does directorship start

Level 1-5 junior staff with o level certificate. Level 6 entry is for OND while level 7 is for NCE which is also the entry point for senior staff. Level 8 is for a graduate of bsc or hnd but some organisation start with level seven for hnd. Level 9 may be considered for some professional courses like ANAN, geologist, masters degree etc. Level 10 point of entry for a professional course like ICAN. Other grade is for promotion and point of entry for working experience. Working experience can also give you like from level 8- 10. You are entitle to write a promotion examination every 3 years till you reach level 17.

The salaries veries in ministries and parastatals, this is due to the salary scale been used in the one you intend to be. Ranges from 80'-250K.
In my organisation after tax for a level 8 is about 250.
In respect of you already enjoying 200k in your current employment cannot compared to that of a government. Job security is more in the government than construction and u have more opportunities to rise and grow though in some cases it will be boring initially.
I will advice u take the government Job and build yourself from there. You will have time for yourself and update yourself more education wise. ( E.g getting a higher degree).
Please again chose the government Job.

The job security is awesome. Its hard for u to get fired.
The job also permits be to do some side businesses as I actually have a life rather than a rigid job structure.

I'm not sure if this is uniform across all federal agencies but that's how it is where I work.

Federal agencies are not as bad as people paint it. Trust me. I'm in d system and I know.

Relocating to abuja might be difficult for u but maybe u can be redeployed to lagos in d future. In summary, look beyond d salary. There's much more to working in a federal agency or ministry.

Firstly I will like to apologize for any errors made while typing, and I am seriously in need of ur advice and criticism.

My name is Stanley(not real names) married for 4years with two Lovely kids both female with d eldest at age 4. Trust me I cherish and love my family. I am a graduate while my wife dropout from the university cause of some money issues her single mother had while she was sick. After our first child I made sure she got admitted to a polytechnic and thankful she just rounded up her N.D all expenses paid by me, with high hopes of Getting admitted for her HND.

The problem started after our first child, my wife attitude towards sex changed totally, she would never let me touch her or play with her, calling her pet names will usually end in quarrel, I spoke with her her severally, pleaded and beg her most times but her attitude never changed, she made me feel like I met nothing to her, yet she will always fight with me whenever ever she suspects I have a girlfriend, fights with any female that comes close to me through calls or chats, she even went as far as beating up a lady that needed my help thinking I was dating her.

Fast forward to recently, her mom who is a single mother relocated to stay with us, and during her stay we had some misunderstanding about money issues, (note both me and wifey are gainfully employed in the ratio of 10:4, but 60% of wifey salary goes to her mom while she spends the rest 40% anyhow she likes) during d money issues a frd of hers came and told both of them that she see saw me flirting with a lady. And without hearing my own side of the coin my mother in-law rained curses on me , reported my to all her family members and left my house angrily, two days later my wife took our children and left my house while I was in d office, I called about her where about and she said she won't tell me and she said I will hear from her family soon, her mom called a family friend saying she will sue me.

It's been one week now and I don't know the whereabouts of my kids.

Should I report to the police or what?
Note I have apologized to wife for the crime I didn't commit yet it seems they want a bigger pound of flesh.

Yes, she may have others she was considering, she may have preferred them before the OP, yes she may not have had headway with them. But you cannot say for sure that she was messing with them and that she got dumped.
Does she consider the OP fit enough to be her husband even though not her first choice? If yes, she has a right to come and accept his proposal after things didn't work out with her preferred candidates. She's only choosing the next best person and believe you me, they could live happily ever after even better and longer than those who married their first choices, every human has an unalienable right of choice. Same applies to both genders.
