Why would someone in love ignore a call? Can you recall how excited you get when someone you really love calls your phone? I can imagine how hurting it is when someone you really love or care for is not reciprocating your gesture. The truth though is, you cannot force someone and love him. People fall in love for various reasons. Love, beauty, boredom, convenience, revenge, just to be accepted by friends, pressure to get hooked etc. I will not bother to ask you why you fell in love with him in the first place, as we cant really place our hands on these things. However, from your post you seem to like him very much, and rightly so. But the thing is, does he like you as well? If he does, i feel he should reach out at least once in 2 days. No mater the amount of work pressure, atleast before you retire to bed, you can make a call to someone you love or atleast send a text. Listen, if you don't forget him now and move one, you will keep dwelling on the what ifs, what is, where did, that sort of line of reasoning and it can be so emotionally draining, upsetting and frustrating. My simple solution to a complex problem is move on. Will it be easy? No. Is it possible? Yes. Atleast you were not engaged! I was, but i survived the drama and trauma. Personally, i found strength in working, when i went through my own crisis. I saw work as an "escape route" for my hurt. It paid off. I discovered a part of me i didn't know existed. Meanwhile, when i was heartbroken, i felt the world is over and does not make sense anymore, then i began to imagine that the things i was looking for, or the qualities i needed in a woman, was not fitted in the right body! Lol, i will meet one with so good morals and manners but unattractive physically or one that is drop-dead gorgeous but simply silly or wayward, and unreal on the inside. Your happiness is a function of what you desire in people. The qualities they posses matters here, but ultimately we should learn to love for more reasons than physical beauty or even so high standards-speaking for myself here. On a final note, i pray may you find love that will give you less stress and worry. Outcome is not in your control. What’s in your control is your effort and your intentions. I hope that you will meet someone else, and if you keep hope alive, anything is possible. Lastly, do not blame yourself that it didn't work out. Cheer up, let go. Suicide is the act of intentionally causing one's own death.
The amount of suicide committed by people these days are alarming. Some people commit suicide due to difficulties in relationships, financial hardships, alcoholism, drugs, depression, deteriorating mental health etc.
There is a trending issue now in Nigeria as even people who are "closer to God" have even committed suicide.!
In Nigeria, suicide is a criminal offense! You cannot take your own life.
Perhaps, one might ask, what on earth can make one to commit suicide? Unemployment, homelessness, discrimination, betrayal, lack of what to live for, broken marriages and relationship, disappointments etc, the list are indeed exhaustive.
Suicide is wrong! It is discouraged. No. Please. You cant take your life, no matter the situation.
Mark you, committing suicide is not the solution the problem. Granted, you may not be around to feel the pain of your loss anymore, but the pain you've caused your friends and family will be unbearable and or irreparable.
Are you suffering right now? Are you maltreated? Are you experiencing a serious heartbreak difficult to explain? Are in in a severe hardship that you can hardly feed in a day? Are you nursing a terminal illness? Are you a victim of abuse or discrimination? Are you tired of life and all its worries? Are you always misunderstood and sometimes you feel like ending your life? Dear friend, you can still find joy in this life if you really want to. Just allow God to walk with you. Let him hold your hands. Let him walk with you through life's turbulent journey. Dr Kayode Ajulo, an Abuja-based legal luminary and former National Secretary of the Labour Party has said that President Muhammadu Buhari is qualified by law to contest the 2019 presidential election.


Ajulo reacting to the controversy surrounding the WAEC certificate of the president, said that for qualifications for elective position, the Nigerian Constitution recognises primary Six Leaving Certificate and Public/Corporate Service Experience as School Certificate Equivalents.

Ajulo told NAN in Lagos on Sunday that the controversy and arguments over the president’s certificate were far-fetched as he meets all legal requirements to contest.


He noted that while the President may or may not win re-election bid on other grounds, the question of certification and the position of the law on it is that he is qualified.

He said that the constitution empowers INEC to accept any proof of 10 years previous employment as equivalent of School Certificate from any presidential candidate to contest.

“Patently for lack of knowledge of the Constitution, most people do not know what the Constitution provides as equivalents of School Certificates because they are hidden in the Interpretation of the material Section as PART IV, Section 318.


“It states that one does not even require any certificate to be President of Nigeria.

“The academic qualifications or suitability of Nigeria’s incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari has been one of the scathing issues that have engulfed the space, particularly the media, wherein the issue has received exponential attention and review.

“In 2015, the same certificate question was raised and was highly controverted. It became a near albatross to the presidential ambition of President Buhari.
