Buhari just committed a great blunder. How on earth would you call a meeting at a time the Senate is to be inaugurated?

It might have been difficult to have 'new blood' when u have returning senators running for that position. Bukola is 'new blood' though, as far as Senate Presidency is concerned.

I get your point but by new blood, I meant someone we relatively haven't been hearing of before. Everybody knows Saraki. Ekweremadu was the one there before so what new thing are we to expect with a leadership like this, it's more like the same old poo again. Remember Saraki's hands are not even clean. I expected this senate to start on a clean note and I believe that was what the APC wanted to achieve by choosing Lawan. It's now clear Saraki is only after his own selfish interest which will not pay him in the long run. It's not every time you revolt when things don't go your way. It's a simple rule of maturity and wisdom. Well, let's see how things unfold in the coming days.

This is a disapointing start by the 8th NASS. I would have preferred new bloods in those two posts. It's the same old shit recycled again. Well let's wait & see what lies ahead.

I support this call by SDP even though I'm an APC supporter. Aregbesola has done nothing in Osun State. I wonder how he got a second term.

I was in Osun State last week, taking a tour of some places like Osogbo, Gbongan and Ede. I must confess these places are a mess. No meaningful development, schools are in horrible condition even the so called state capital is nothing to write home about.

Aregbesola really has a lot to learn from Fashola and Amosun. Governance is not about noisemaking, littering your state with abandoned and needless projects or reconstructing the name of your state from Osun state to 'the State of Osun' (whatever that rubbish means).

Aregbesola is a disgrace to APC and I won't be surprised if APC loses the state in 2018.

These ones have just brought shame to their families.

You have time replying that slowpoke. Most of them are looking for a way to become popular on NL and they think the best way to achieve that is by posting silly comments on any topic concerning Buhari. Leaving fools like him to bask in their folly is an option I have since adopted.

I won't regard GEJ as a hero but he would always have my respect. I know he has a good heart but he surrounded himself with the wrong people. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
