now i asked myself, could this be another smoke screen again? where our so called poiticians can have opportunities to inflate numbers and figures of our diasporas all forthe sake of winning elections

my questions are

1. what merits and demerits will this pose for our electoral systems?

2. will this be an avenue for our INEC to atleast redirect us to the use of ELECTRONIC VOTING SYSTEM in Nigeria? and if not what plans will the INEC have to acheive this new court order

3. How many Nigerians in diaspora will see this as a welcome idea, knowing the all alarming state of our electoral system in Nigeria
