Webmasters / Comparing The Best Website And Hosting Platforms - 2021 by tonyobj(m): 2:49pm On Sep 16, 2021 |
There are several online website and domain hosting companies out there. Before you start, you need to ask yourself, What do you want from your website in terms of bandwidth, speed, storage space, support, uptime, free domain, free SSL certificates and cost of renewal. Yes, renewal cost is important, because you find out that some hosting providers charge little set-up fees, then charge more upon renewal. This may not go down well with you, as you would prefer to have a fixed fee for setting up and subsequent renewals of your hosted WordPress website and domain. The speed at which your website pages load is also important. If your website takes more time to load, it could negatively impact your business as it fails to engage your visitors, as they would get uninterested and leave. It also gives your website poorer Google ranking, and you won’t like both outcomes. Having said that, below is a graphical representation of website and domain pricing against the storage space you get and how many websites you can setup, when you subscribe for the basic plans of some different top hosting companies. The idea is to go for providers that give you more storage space, especially if you intend to start a blog, entertainment, tech, news or ecommerce website. I recommend you go with [https://sites.google.com/view/greengeeks-official/home]. This hosting platform is specifically designed for speed, security, scalabilty and are eco-friendly, while providing pocket friendly pricing. It also detects activities of fraudsters, locking and reporting the IP addresses and their websites immediately. Thereby, enduring their platform is not being used by fraudsters to develop fraudulent websites Click [https://sites.google.com/view/greengeeks-official/home] to get started with you best, fastest and 300% green website and domain hosting

Im not in support of lesbianism.... But...Logical reasoning tells me a man cannot be married to a lesbian. But, he can be unknowingly married to a bi-sexual. If she continues to seek solace between the legs of other women, doing cucumber tinz, then the man isn't doing a very good job. These dysfunctional families should further be investigated. |

Romance / Benefits Of Divorce by tonyobj(m): 2:21pm On Aug 24, 2016 |
THINKING CORNER..... I am 32 years old. Me and my ex hubby dated for six years, I started dating him whilst I was in grade 12, I was 19 years old. We were best of friends, I waited until he completed college and started work, my family and his family then met, we got married and had a son. (7 years old now). My husband was short tempered at times, but our problems started when I wanted to make him feel he can’t control me. Every time we argue, I would pack my bags, go to my family and explain. My sisters would phone my husband and shout at him. If he is controlling me I would always dare him that if you wish divorce me- I never wanted divorce, I just had pride and I never wanted to look a lose in his eyes. One day I pushed him so had that for the first time he beat me and lock me out side, I went to my family, my family took him to police, every time I looked like I am being abused! But to be honest, I used to abuse my husband emotionally. He was arrested and detained. I was asked by his family to withdraw the case, I felt that what I was doing is wrong. My husband was never a violent man, he did what he did because I pushed him to the wall. Of which he openly knelt down and apologized. I withdrew the charge, and we reconciled. After three months, I packed my bags after a small issue, and he remained alone. After two days I received a call that he is in hospital, my family told me that I shouldn’t go there because it will look like am begging him, and my sisters believed he is faking the illness. All this time, people felt sorry for me like I was the one being abused. He spent a week in hospital, after he came out, I just received a divorce summon. I wanted to say no to divorce, but because I felt this pride, I wanted him to change his mind and beg me, I called him and say he will get the divorce because I live like am in hell. When we went to court, I wanted to make him pay, so I told the court that I needed his properties to be shared. To my surprise he openly told the court that whatever he and me acquired together should be given to me, all he wanted was divorce. We got divorced in 2009 July. Now, this Saturday my husband is getting married again, whilst I am here wasted! My family are gossiping about me, I depend on what my ex gives to my son for survival. I know I wasted my marriage. I am here telling all wives to be careful how you get advise. Don’t be cheated. Even my young sisters are much more respected than me. Those who encouraged me to divorce are always bad mouthing me. There is no benefit in pride! ******** This a perfect example and advise for those dancing in some overrated ego. Share it with your friends. Credit:Relationship Matters Forum 2 Likes 2 Shares |

In the last 3 years, my bill hasn't been less that N10,000/month. Do you think I find that funny? At a point it was N25,000/N30,000 a month. I have pegged it at paying N10,000 and it has kept accruing. Despite all complains to them and letters back and forth from one area office to the other. For the lawyers in here looking for cheap funds, borrow some brain.... stop thinking cheap... instead of serving statutory notice to the poor tenant you should serve it to the bigger fish.... the DISCOs 1 Like |

Tobium this is how you should approach this. 1. Get all his monthly bills 2. Confirm how much he was billed for each month on each bill. 3. Confirm how much he paid on each monthly bill. 4. Divide 127,000 by 7. This is N18,142.86 per month 5. Can you, Tobium, as a person living in Nigeria afford to pay N18,142.86 per month for light that you don't have at all?? 6. Does your tenant operate a manufacturing company in his apartment? 7. If your answer is YES to all of the above and you can verify that he has not paid 1 dime in the last 7 months that made his bill accrue to N127,000 then take him to PHCN or whatever Disco is resposible for your area to report. 8. Then come to NL to wail about it. 9. If you answer NO to any of the above, then call a house/street/area/landlords meeting with the DISCO to address this monster called "estimated billing". 1 Like |

Romance / Top 4 Sex Positions Women Love So Much – Guys, Get In Here! by tonyobj(m): 8:13am On Aug 18, 2016 |
Sex positions women love – Yes, I asked the guys to get in here because you don’t expect your woman to tell you everything they want from you in bed, most especially when it comes to their favourite positions that makes them orgasm faster and enjoy sex better, they might just be too shy. Now I want you to stop being that type of guy she will be feeling too reluctant to see on the next date. You will definitely become the best she has ever had all her life if you follow these tips below: 1. The cowgirl: Let her take charge in this girl-on-top position. It lets her be on top of things while you enjoy the ride, making it a win-win position. Another advantage is that when the woman is in control, she can decide how she wants to reach orgasm. Tip: For a sureshot clitoral orgasm, ask your woman to lean forward while arching her back and leaning on her hands. Instead of going up and down, she can move laterally so that you hit the right spots and stimulate her in the sensitive areas. Show her some love by sitting up straight and hugging her. 2. Countertop sitting: You've had a brilliant Valentines Day cookout and can't wait to go to the bedroom get at each other. Make good use of the kitchen counter by lifting her up onto it. Ask her to take on the spread eagle position with you facing her. This position provides maximum center of gravity stimulation and arouses both partners. Since you are taking the lovemaking out of the bedroom, it's also quite spontaneous. However, it's a tricky one since weak guys tend to ejaculate prematurely. Romance / Before You Say "I Do" Test Drive The Engine by tonyobj(m): 5:31am On Aug 07, 2016 |
Hi there ladies, oh & gentlemen too. I was minding my business jejely on social media when I came across a post trending on Instagram, apparently written by a Victor Chigozie Ibeh. I’m assuming Victor is a man, so errm for a man to give this advice I would say we should probably listen. I didn’t say do o, I said listen. So the post reads “Dear Lady, before you marry him, discuss sex. Don’t spiritualize it. Sex is important. Infact you can’t do without it. Be sure that he has a working joystick. You need his joystick more than you need his speaking in tongues. God created the joystick and Vagina for a purpose; and they have to be put to use. Remember that any tree that does not bear fruit will be uprooted. Don’t allow anyone to deceive you. Speaking in tongues will not stop you from being wet. After the tongues comes the cock. –Victor Chigozie Ibeh.” I swear I found it hard to keep a straight face while reading this, and I swear this is the problem with a lot of us Nigerian women. We cannot discuss bedroom matters with a straight face. Back to Victor’s “words of wisdom”; I’ve always been a supporter of keeping your legs closed before marriage, and I applaud those who do it, but I do not judge those who don’t either. To each his own abeg. This was until my dear friend married a spiri-koko guy some 5/6 years back who would not even kiss her while dating and was even appalled at the mention of sex between non married folks. He believed sex was to be discussed by only married folks. This sounds like good advice abi? Well wouldn’t it be too late if you waited till you got married to discuss sex? Oh, by the way, bros spiri-koko could not get it up in bed and my friend who was dying to be a pastor Mrs. in future didn’t know until 2 weeks after they got married when she was more or less determined To Molest her husband. The concluding part of their story is for another day. When my friend told me what was going on, I swear my stance on “test driving” went from sitting on the fence to YOU MUST TEST, but DO NOT NECESSARILY DRIVE. This is how I see it: Every time I’ve been to a mechanic, or a car dealership I’ve always seen either or both the mechanic and the car owner/buyer lifting the hood of the car up and taking a good look at the engine; and also leaning their ears in to hear the engine’s performance. I’m assuming by looking at and listening intently to the engine, the buyer/owner is making sure he/she does not take home a lemon. I think they believe if there’s a defect in the engine it could possibly be spotted by lifting the hood up and paying attention. Now to be double sure that what they’ve seen matches the performance, some will take the car for a test drive before finally paying the mechanic or seller for the vehicle. Biko, what is wrong in applying this same methodology to your sex life? I leave the test drive part to each person (but please remember you don’t have to drive each car you come across) .Make sure you catch a glimpse of his “engine”, actually scratch glimpse, make sure you take a good look at the engine and make sure it can stand, there are no visible damages, and most importantly that it actually does exist BEFORE you sign the dotted line. Some people will frown at what I just said but please don’t forget that the heart of man is desperately wicked (e.g. my friend’s husband who used Spiri-kokoness to cover the fact that his engine is defective and didn’t think it necessary to inform her before marriage). Once you take the “engine” home and everyone has associated you as the owner of the “engine” it is not easy to return it back for manufacturer defect or user defect; there is no 30 day warranty on these “engines” oo. In essence, I agree with Victor. Bro, you have spoken well. Let she that has ears hear o. We don’t want to come and read stories that touch the heart on Aunty Bella. Sex is not the end of the world – yes we know, but how would you handle it if you didn’t know your husband has a defective joystick, I mean he kept it a secret under the guise of no sex before marriage? Also, when people say discuss sex before marriage, what exactly are you supposed to say to each other? “Babe, lift up you skirt, abi take down your trousers let me see what you working with? “How often a week are we looking at? Are you a Christian Grey or a Christian Missionary? Should we order a karma-sutra book? Are we praying before or not? I know I would be reeling in laughter if I had a conversation about it and I definitely will not keep a straight face. People, how did your sex conversation go with your intended? Please come and share. Love is a beautiful thing. by Seun Akinlosotu Read more http://scam-dalous..com.ng/p/romance_27.html |

Business / CBN Raises MPR To 14%. by tonyobj(m): 12:10pm On Jul 30, 2016 |
What is MPR - The rate at which banks borrow from CBN. Raised from 12%. Implications: 1. Cost of borrowing will go up. 2. Companies that already are not doing well due to the harsh economic climate will sink further into debts. This may mean more retrenchments and more dependants coming your way. How one economist summarised the outcome of the MPC meeting: He said, "CBN has pushed the panic button. Foreign investors will not come. Nigeria will sink deeper into recession". He gave a frightening revelation when he said many banks are on the CBN Discount Window. What is a Discount Window - where banks go to the CBN for life support. What you need to do: 1. Brace for more economic impact. 2. Cut off wastes. Postpone that champagne party. Leave out buying that luxury car. Planning to move to a duplex from a flat? Suspend that idea for now. 3. If you have some little change, please buy USD, no matter how small. 4. Generally keep a low profile for now. It may blow over in a year or more but we could also lose total control like Zimbabwe. Your N10m may now be worth $300 pere. I truly wish all of us will take steps to avoid becoming one of those 'when I was rich' people. God bless us all! Admin kindly do the needful. Thanks |

shellman: The solution is to forcefully push all Nigerians into a time capsule and travel back to 1985? Bah? Back to a time of austerity. As we are all witnesses to today. If this is what you signed up for when you voted for PMB, then sad to say, but, you were either brain washed or your priorities were misplaced. Using your official position to witch-hunt others instead of doing the job you were elected to do, is also corruption. The anti-corruption fight should be a blanket fight, cutting equally across all tribes and parties involved, not the glaring tribalism and other biased/intolerant behaviour being witnessed today. Especially towards the people of a particular part of this great country. Were they the ones who removed him from power in '85? Should we have negative economic growth because of anti-corruption? Why should we the masses continue to suffer for the sins of corrupt leaders? We need to see and feel our beloved country positively move forward while he is focused on fighting corruption. Companies are laying off staff. Pushing more people into the labour market. Starving more families. Government wants to employ thousands of Nigerian youths as teachers nationwide, yet, current teachers in public schools are still being owed salaries. The list of negatives goes on.......... While he is fighting corruption. |

Nobody ever moves forward by holding on to the past. That's why Nigeria is apparently stagnant at the moment. @pmb, you were elected to move us forward as a country, not drag us back to 1985. Personal vendetta isn't included in your mandate to Nigerians. DO YOUR JOB!!! 3 Likes |
