People are really suffering... sad

Scam is real these days.

My recent experience will shock people, coming from my course mate. We graduated over 10 years ago, for most of us, our meeting place is on facebook.

Oh, hi how are you doing, where do you work. I don't really post picture updates on my page but i sign in to just check on some people and one day she said hi.

Hi...., oh Chic, been a while, how's everything,? Where do you work.... she asked me. She was only asking to know if I owe.

Long story short, she form stories for me and sent her money 3 good times. She came back again and am like but this is one happening babe in school back then now. Picked my phone and called another course mate, low n behold, Bim na scammer oo. This other course mate too had sent her money like 3 times before confirming from another school mate.

Imagine how many course mates or school mates send her money through facebook contact. She hasn't been exposed, I don't know how to do this and I think just a few of us are aware she is a scammer. I haven't even put it to her, she has left so many messages for me again on Facebook complaining about how she and her family hasn't eaten for days.

Enough said about scammers, risk only what you can give away.

Are you sure she is the one though? Someone may have hijacked her facebook account without her knowledge. If anyone has her phone number, they should contact her directly to double check.

Just read your other replies about actually talking to her. She's got no shame then.

A person who is willing to cheat someone else (the supposed boss) will not blink twice before cheating you. The way we conduct business in this country is appalling, inflating things upandan.

By northern govs like kano.I mean,kwankwaso had a deliberate program during tenure to sponsor students to European universities to read computer n engineering courses,and this is now getting paying off. thanks

They are one of the most terrible people to deal with when it comes to business, very very shrewd. I hope those signing these agreements are reading all the small print carefully.

Nigeria should expect more of these goods news, because in the last 10 years,northern states like Kano have been sending and sponsoring students to read medicine, engineering and computer courses overseas.

It’s lazy female students who freely approach them for such offers. Lemme ask this question, if you a lecturer and you always collect money from students to pass them. And one day. A beautiful lady walks in and offered her body instead of money in exchange of marks, please how does that makes the lecturer a devil if he accepts?

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Port Harcourt Zonal Office have arrested five suspected fake Satellite Television Operators.

The suspects: Davidson Onuoha; Emeka Samuel; Eze Francis Sunny Amadi, Terkura Zungwem Verinica and Evangelist Alex Umanah were arrested in a simultaneous raid on their companies on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at three different locations in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Their arrest followed several weeks of intense intelligence on the suspects, their residences and operations by operatives of the EFCC.

The suspects were allegedly rebroadcasting content of the Digital Satellite Television( DSTV) illegally in their companies. The companies are CANTV at Aba Road, Port Harcourt, METROTV at Rivers State Television Complex, Eagle Avenue, Iriebe, Port Harcourt and Cable Trends Limited( CTL) at Eleme Junction, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
