I don't know how hard it is to fix this in an automated way, instead of people being assaulted with disgusting images every time.

My dad's farm about 10hectares of cassava plantation was destroyed last year, we were helpless as even the town helmsman was powerless (the king I mean so to say was incapacitated) as a result of warning from higher authorities to deal with him I learnt he was warned from army barracks in the state capital.

As for the balanced diet, you can get all the protein and calcium you need from fruits and vegetables.These are common,fresh,organic and natural in Nigeria.Thats one of the few areas we are lucky.
To me,being vegan is a journey because I still eat goat meat (never beef) twice a week.Either that or chicken.What I have done is greatly reduce intake of meat.

When you serve prison sentence, some of your freedom have been denied you by law. For instance, the law can deny you freedom of movement even by imposing curfew. It means you don't have the freedom to go anywhere after so-so time, maybe 7pm to 7am. You can also be denied access to certain places or buildings even though the law says you have the rights to go anywhere you so wish.
