The unforgiveness problem of introverts is their inability to stand up for themselves. Sometimes we can't just say no outrightly when someone coerces us to do what we don't want to do.

An extrovert will tell you straight up "guy I no do abeg, which kind errand be this one" but introvert will go ahead and do that errand for you against his wish and later hate you for letting him do what he doesn't want to do. He expects you to read minds (he thinks u have the ability to read minds and behaviour just like most introverts do)...

Holding a grudge is a major weak point, if the introverts could learn to forgive offenses quickly, they would move forward in life faster.

Also they should know how to be assertive and speak for themselves, don't let people walk all over you, because you can't say no. It's your life, you own it. People will think they can take advantage of you because you are calm and gentle. Don't let that happen.

For example because I'm an introvert, people think they can have a way easily with me, I have a younger brother who's an extrovert and assertive. I started noticing that I was the go to guy for people. Even my parents!! mind you I'm 6 years older than this bro of mine and he's in his late teens, taller than I am. My dad or mum will leave this boy to be sleeping till 11am and come to me to send me on errand. I started noticing the nonsense. I had to start developing a no nonsense attitude, and things started getting better....PLEASE BE ASSERTIVE AND DONT BE A DOORMAT PEOPLE THINK THEY CAN WALK OVER..

I agree that assertiveness is a good trait for anyone to have but it has nothing to do with being an introvert or extrovert. Some of the most strong willed people I know are introverts.
