It's only in Nigeria that terrorists "repent",are rehabilitated, released back into the society and even recruited into the Security agencies.
This is just one of the major reasons why insurgency and banditry can never be exterminated in the North.

Terrorists need only one thing _ annihilation and no sane government and country anywhere rehabilitates terrorists.

As long as this rubbish still continues, Nigerian military will never cease to be compromised in its effectiveness.
This shows why these terrorists seem to be effective in planning exactly where and when to launch attacks.

Why are they harassing Gowon? He spoke the truth about the civil war.
Gowon never wanted the war to break out and sought peaceful means of settlement,but Ojukwu was reckless,rash and too eager to pull Igbos out of Nigeria.
