Mostly professional or business-related letters. Typed, printed and mailed. That should count. it wasnt through NIPOST though. |
i think most of these so-called "elders" must have switched to other monikers by now. Assuming they're still here. Seriously though, the oldest person on NL must be around 45 maybe. abi na me? ![]() |
Most of the mods here are a law unto themselves and see any suggestion or contribution from someone not on their "approved" anti-terrorist (ie buddy) list as a terrorist out to make trouble for them and snatch their moderating stool. You know how we do in Naija. We guard our political positions jealously because of all our enemies who are out to get us. And while we plan how to get these same enemies who dont want us to progress. So, good luck with your suggestion! This may be your lucky day! |
the prayers are because of people like these https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-274844.0.html You know how we are in Africa. |
thats not double dating. Its called two timing. Double dating is when there are four people ie two couples ie two men and two women, out on a date. |
I dont see anywhere in the bible that says its a sin for a religious leader to pay taxes on his/her income? ![]() Maybe I didnt read my bible well? ![]() |
which "coventry" did he grow up in that didnt have women? Altar boys are among the heaviest players on the planet. |
Kobojunkie:their family problems do NOT pump billions of dollars into the Nigerian economy. You people should stop deluding yourselves. Western Union gives roughly the same figures for different countries including Nigeria and Mexico. The people pumping billions into the economy know themselves and most of them arent politicians and neither do they need to reside permanently abroad. |
Kobojunkie:no, that isnt enough to lift people out of poverty. Its enough to make them dependent on fast cash/foreign aid/their relatives overseas and not find other ways of pulling themselves out of poverty. |
the bank could have put a hold on the money as soon as they discovered the error. Or what exactly was going on? ![]() |
I'm a man anyway posing as a woman, so I'm familiar with this topic. ![]() |
the nysc period is hard on engagements anyway. A lot of relationships dont survive that year. |
romeo:and so the saga begins again. Why are you such a blockhead? ![]() Do you understand the concept of individuality/ individual space at all? ![]() Is your name Chinenye or are you dating the person? |
Afrocynic who are the people in that photo? ![]() |
romeo:luxury car owners in a poor run down neighborhood abroad are 95% likely to be involved in shady business including drugs. Nobody shouted Igbo because Taiwo is clearly a Yoruba name. Besides, this habit of shouting tribe this tribe that was popularized by nairalanders- too late to start the blame game now. and yes, someone driving a N21 million naira bentley is clearly suspicious as long as he doesnt reveal the source of his funds. Moreso he obviously got the money quick as shown by his neighborhood. If na US them go say police dey stop them anyhow because they're black. |
milk isnt bad for your health but many black people are lactose intolerant, and can have side effects from milk. However, dont let that stop you drinking it ![]() besides, there are many alternatives to whole milk like reduced fat, lactaid, soy etc. And I noticed powdered milk doesnt produce quite the same reactions as fresh milk, though i could be wrong since its not like I did a study. |
are you reading my mind or did we just browse the same news channels this morning? ![]() I was thinking about this earlier today. It's so surprising seeing someone start a thread about it. |
Mai Suya:there are different types of rot. |
. |
SubMacGun:why else. |
oh, you didnt say you were American. Different ball game then. I thought you're Nigerian. I've even responded on one of your previous threads- didnt realize that. |
seriously, who are these frustrated men following me around here? Na me open thread? ![]() Or did someone read one of my posts and decide to deny you nookie because i said something like why buy the cow when you're already getting free milk? ![]() abeg, if your girlfriend says she's locking her honey jar because of tpia, na lie oh! Maybe you need to up your game or put on a more serious facade! |
for some reason, I didnt like him so much in George of the jungle? ![]() But I loved him in the Mummy and its sequel. He's still quite fine in Journey to the Center of the Earth. Its like he didnt age a bit. The Mummy (part one) remains my favorite film of his though. |
if you got that injection in Nigeria, please see a qualified doctor ASAP. If surgery is recommended then go with the doctor's advice. Better be safe than sorry. chances of infection and septicamea are very high. Who gave you the injection btw, since its not uncommon for various people to give such regardless if they're actually licensed to do so. |
No one watched Journey to the Center of the Earth? ![]() I did a NL search and came up with nothing. I rate it an A and as usual, Brendan Fraser was popping. He does so well in these "historical" flicks. I'd be in love with him but he's too tall. the guy cant be less than 6"10. Very handsome though. Pretty cool female lead too. An Icelandic lady, I think. Great CGI, special effects and humor. |
ThiefOfHearts:also here http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/celebritynews/5341373/Jamie-Foxx-in-the-running-to-play-Frank-Sinatra.html Not that I understand why a black guy would be considered for the role? ![]() |
banom:sweetie, can you leave my name out of your mouth and simply tell Jakumo you're interested in him? abi wetin dey worry una for this place today? ![]() |
I also wonder oh! |
