I have not seen when and how the project was awarded, but as an experienced, international road and infrastructural engineer, working outside Nigeria, i beg to disagree that this project was awarded, commenced, and finished within 100 days, not even a road improvements work of 10km of standard can be finished within 100 days. The survey, sub-base, road base, asphalt base, wearing course, and infrastructure installation in 100 days? Nope

This is exactly what I just posted too....I am not a civil engineer but a telecom engineer....it defies every logic to even do a 5km road, dualized in 3months....haba, maybe they just put black paint..lol..we seem so gullible as a people.

How possible is a dualized 10km road be completed in 3months? Just thinking.... it's either it was a facelift construction, started before 3months or few kilometres are done but not all 10kms....

Unless, maybe it's a road done waiting to be washed off in another 1year....hope civil engineers can shed more light, nevertheless Kudos to him..

I just hope this baby factory cancer is curtailed in the southeast and brought to it's nearest minimum even though it will be difficult to eradicate.

Of all the contenders, it's him I have the highest expectation for in terms of performance index and rating. After him is Kwankwanso, others we have seen them performed abysmally.

Like you said the low expectation is as a result of the magic expectations Nigerians have for Buhari and his govt which wasn't rightly placed....he tried in some areas and performed poorly in others.
We just pray he delivers as good Nigerians and never wish Nigeria bad come any flip.

This guy could even be lying because we have seen similar acting done in Osun state where a pastor paid some people to dress in turbans and invade a church with knockout only for church members to be proactive and chased them, took them to the police and after interrogation, they confessed the church pastor organised it and when confronted, he had to apologize and the matter died down through the intervention of CAN. Imagine!

As it is amongst Muslims, same way we have amongst pastors too.
