So many things were wrong from the onset.

The first time I heard that some security guards were sacked because they danced on duty, as an employer I felt the action was justified. How do you dance on a duty that required alertness and focus? Since they have become stars, let their fans donate money for their upkeep. The lesson here is, never justify bad behavior, it's a monster that comes back to bite the enabler.
