So, he should have also added "working without investing or starting your own hustle has low chance of creating financially stable individuals.

Both fields have rich men in them, tho business/entrepreneur has higher percentage, and most rich people in the salary are also business people/entrepreneur on the side.

In summary, he shouldn't have generalize it.
