My girlfriend and I got into a hot argument last month which degenerated into a break up. During the argument, lots of hurtful words were exchanged but she made the fatal error of saying that she is managing me. This is a girl that I literally 'toshed up' and I had provided all her needs from 2014 we started dating up to that point.
Two weeks later, she came back begging to be accepted back. she said she said those words out of provocation since I was the one that insulted her first. u guys no dey hear word. recharge card printing is becoming extinct. mosy people prefer VTU transfer than logical pin. we are in an electronic era, and besides why increase cosy of production when u can buy from resellers.

Over a month ago, I made a transfer of just 2,000 Naira from my Diamond Yello Account to my GT Account.
Unfortunately, the transaction was not successful and while MTN made deductions from my Diamond Yello Account.

On finding out the money was not available in the GT Bank account, I made several calls to the 118 customer care center yet the customer care representatives were unable to trace or track the said transaction.

I also tried to view my Mini statement via the USSD code but I was only able to view the last 4 or 5 transactions I did which were mostly airtime recharge.

The last CCR I spoke to then asked me to find the exact date I made the transaction and call back so they can report to the appropriate quarters for rectification.

So I had to call the person who made a payment to me that same day to check the teller hoping to get back to the CCR only for me to get an auto response that " I am not authorised to contact this number".

This has been the response I'm getting for 2 weeks now so I asked a friend to dial 118 from his MTN number and he got through. Hence the reason for this thread since there are no other channels through which I can lay my complaint as it seems they have blocked my number from contacting them after so many attempts.

2,000 Naira isn't that much but in this harsh economy, I could still do something with it.

Mods should please help put this on the front page because I find it disdainful that the CCR's would do such.

The body of Mr. Dan Orogun, Managing Director of the Guaranty Trust Bank in Liberia was pulled out of a river a day after he was declared missing in a boating accident.

According to a statement released by GTBank Liberia, Orogun, a Nigerian, went missing after an unfortunate boating mishap that took place on Sunday, January 24, at the Barracuda Resort off the Robertsfied Highway in Monrovia.

MrOrogun, a banker with more than 20 years experience was at the resort with friends when he reportedly fell into the water. Eyewitnesses said several attempts made to rescue him
failed.

He is credited with setting up GT Bank in Sierra Leone before moving to Liberia to set up another branch.
