They like to pay staff meagre groundnut, don't promote staff for over 15 years, no hmo, close late, over work staff, abuse & floor graduates, and are a bloody waste of time........... Very trifling useless company...............

Another one is Hy construction co limited at the Ibeju Lekki strip. The MD is a self centered psychopath & likes to sack staff without paying them, forces staff to work on Saturdays & public holidays. He really has bi-polar disorder and thinks he is better than everyone...........

The company was paying meagre groundnut, denying due promotion and doesn't increase salaries. They have not promoted or increased staff salary for over 12 years. The staffs have been on one spot for years and have nothing after almost 10 years of service.
The chairman is very greedy & wicked and uses all sorts of excuses not to pay staff salaries mean while he loots the company's revenue for his personal use, travelling, new gf, buying new jeeps/suv, houses etc. He is a self centered ungrateful, narcissist and controls the MD like a puppet. The MD is not any better and forces staff to close at 7:00pm and very abusive. They change driver every 2 months because most of the drivers resign angrily after been maltreated. The company also has a very crafty policy of stealing staff salaries, deducting up to 12% - 30% in the name of punishment for lateness, and other frivolous excuses...........


After 3 years I evacuated out of the useless stagnant company............

With all the complaints & woes of one man companies (so called Sole Proprietor ship companies) in Nigeria, its generally affirmed that 97.3% of them are all scam and waste of time.........

They are claim that they want loyalty & hardworking staffs but a lot of them are pit vipers and only suck the glory days and waste the time of graduates. A lot of them in Lagos are worthless & trifling selfish one man companies and it was better they never existed.

Hy Construction Company limited located at Aiyeteju, Ibeju Lekki is one of those companies that shouldn't be in existence.
A graduate was employed as the personal assistant and promised all sorts of benefits. The so called md sacked him after just barely 3 three weeks after resumption for some absurd excuse of lateness for one day, knowing fully well that the graduate resigned from his former employment to come and work for him.
The cat faced md refused to pay anything pay for the 3 weeks of service claiming that he doesn't owe anyone anything...........

Most of those single owned businesses in Lagos are worthless & trifling companies controlled by psychopaths & don't deserve graduates to be working for them.

They always feel that because unemployment is high in Nigeria gives them a reason to treat graduates like rats, but a day is coming when single owed companies will be the ones begging graduates to come and work for them in Jesus name. Amen.
