Hi You need at least 12 months post qualification experience. Your BSc and HND cannot assess for a level1 occupation and since your MBA is 2022, you need at least 12 months experience after the date on your MBA certificate. Sadly, you may explore other countries |

iceberg54: You definitely don't need to reassess since you're still in that job.
By the way, there was a DHA ruling a few years back that started allowing applicants to claim work experience points before the deeming date set by Vetasses as long as the work experience was after the qualification that made you eligible. This meant you could start claiming points from 04/2018.
I am not sure if this rule is still in place. Can you please confirm @tunlex01 I heard about it but not sure if anyone has followed through. NO one is ready to be the scape goat. Do you have the link? |

ajayidebo: I don't think you need a renewal if the assessment hasn't expired. If you're still in the same company/job, 04/2019 till date makes it 3 years 4 months on the job.
That's 5 points.
You're good
But wait for ATM's comment. You are correct! |

MrsJoycey1: Started job from 04/2018, vetasses approved from 04/2029 to 2021. Still with that job.
Wrote to vetasses and they advised renewal application so the months from 2021 till date will count. I'm about doing that but only hope the ITA which elapses 21st October will still be there when the renewal results show. Unfortunately no priority for vetasses renewal.
Is there something else I can do? Has anyone had this experience before?
Please share or advise. You are good to go! You don’t need any renewal. It’s 5 points for you since you are still in d job. Proceed to submit your application |

xtylyn: Please any medical laboratory scientist here? If yes, please how did you go about assessment with AIMs, study material and evaluation? Please any info will mean a lot to me. Thanks in anticipation Study material for what? Have you gone through their website cos all the info you seek is there? The assessment requirements, cost, English requirement and years of experience. You only get Medical laboratory technician as the outcome until you are able to sit for the MLS exams. Most MLS just go through the MLT process then write the exams when they land. |

Saynoomore: Hi house.
My spouse wrote IELTS again, abut had SLWR: 8,7,7,5.5.
I need her to have at least 6 in all to qualify for Competent speaker, but she's finding it difficult. One component is always less than 6.
How else can I get additional points should I decide not to gain points from her. We don't want to keep wasting money on IELTS. I'm currently on 70 points (minus nomination) waiting for VETASSESS. I fear that in the next 7 months, I will lose 10 points to age... bringing my score to 60. It would have been nice to have that 5 points from her to remain relevant in the pool. ..even after my next birthday. Please advise! Keep practicing and re-writing or remark the current result. There is no other way |

MrsJoycey1: Hello House,
I have an ITA for 189 with a 65 score but have a concern.
VETASSES assessment in 2020 was 1.78 and not 3 as claimed. So it's assumed I may lose that 5 points, however I am still in that occupation and have been advised to go ahead with my application but put in supporting documents to show I am still employed there.
Çan anyone please advice? From the months Vetassess approved till you got ITA, is it 3 years already? |

Mikkysmum: Hi, I am a Pharmacist looking to explore this. Hospital pharmacist is on the list. But I have to pass KAPS exams in Addy to the eligibility assessment. Please where do I get info on proof of funds required for a family of four? For 189 visa, POF is not required. For state sponsored 190/491, only Queensland requires POF You can also assess as a pharmacy technician; saves the stress of KAPS |

izang87: Tunlex01 Thanks again for your assistance as usual. I kindly what to be sure about something. Must my wife write IELTS as a secondary applicant? No intention of skills assessment for her and so no intention to get extra points for spouse. if it is compulsory to have a proof of proficiency in English, Can a letter from her university as prove that she was taught in English be a sufficient proof? No, it's not compulsory. You only don't get partner point. yes, the letter and her transcript will be enough to proof functional English. |

It’s a good option. PR is worth it and better than 491. The only snag is if you get 491 approved, then you can’t apply for any skilled visa until after 3 years. |
