Cut out the religious nonsense. The Palestinian “plight” is just that… an Arab stunt that has lasted beyond a joke at this point. Palestinian Arabs had a GDP per capita of over $3200 in 2020. Nigeria’s GDP per capita for the same year was $2097.

It denied knowledge of it at the time and never claimed responsibility until March 2018… 11 years after. Everyone, including the Iranian government, understands how Israel carries out covert operations, apparently except you.

1. The F1 spouse is likely covered by health insurance. Read this, call the insurance company and let them know of your birthing plans. They will advice you on what to do. You may even get a few things for free.

2. What matters isn’t the hospital but the OB you use. You will register at the hospital the OB practices at and he/she will likely deliver your baby. But make sure you make that clear to him/her. So get an OB you are very comfortable with.

3. Whatever insurance covers will dictate what to save. Some insurance may require you to cover a certain percentage of total delivery costs as deductibles. At minimum, budget at least $3000. Expect to receive bills for months after your baby covering incidentals like doctor visits, anesthesiologist etc.

4. Yup, call your insurance company and ask for a break down of your likely costs. Bear in mind, this can change if you have other complications.

5. Ask around for OB recommendations. This person will be your most important resource.
