Explanation- An intelligent lady is always fun to be with so that will cover the respectful & funny part.

Being faithful means that she won't cheat on me, hence that will cover the s3x part. So long as she's not cheating and her body no be wood, it means I'll be getting the s3x on a regular basis.

Being beautiful means she'll be attractive to my eyes. That itself is the icing on the cake because I can't stand an ugly lady.

Intelligence = N500- This makes most women masculine and combative. It may be interesting at first, but later you will hate it. Unless you are not an intelligent person, your woman does not neccesarily need to be intelligent. The kids will get intelligence from you.

Good In Bed = N200- This without faithfilness means you have married a wh0re. She will cheat on you endlessly!

Good Cook = N200- This is the only point with the least fault. Although this is a teachable skill, therefore I will rather go for features that are not teachable. She can go to cooking class to gain this skill easily.
