@ Shegzy Thanks for the info, I could do with some of the interview questions too. |
fabby27:Let's just hope that solves the problem. ![]() fataiiyo:Yes, sir! ![]() |
Looks like they do check out Nairaland, they have finally removed the application form link. |
fataiiyo:You know what is worrying in all this is, if one should re-register later won't one be accused of multiple entries? ![]() |
fabby27:I'm experiencing the same problem over here too. ![]() fataiiyo:Please, what do you mean by it's red? Does it mean application can no longer be possible? Because I know the issue of multiple registration may arise if one has to re-register again. Please help ask your "area sister". ![]() |
Take a look at the link below and have your say. Is this only limited to Nigeria? Why termed Nigerian? This yahoo boys, they are really giving us a bad name out there. ![]() http://tech.yahoo.com/news/pcworld/147575 |
@ ishow2005 Looks to me like you lifted part of your message from somewhere else. You are hereby charged with plagiarism. Guilty, or not guilty? More info on the card would be appreciated though. ![]() |
I think I goofed too When I tried "Recover your application number", I was asked to "Enter PIN Receipt Number", which I don't have.My observation is that, it appears like one is going to need some application PIN before starting the application, I think I read that in the instructions beforehand. So I'll wait till I have info about the forms. ![]() |
Hello everyone! I think the UI application form is actually out, someone informed me and it turned out true. This is how to go about it: 1. Visit http://www.ui.edu.ng/ 2. Look at the navigational bar on the left side of the screen, and click on "Students" 3.When on the portal page, look at the upper navigational bar and you'll see something like "2008/2009 Admissions for U.I Regular.", click on this and start the application. NOTE: Read the instructions very well. Hope this is helpful. |
@ Poster I'm sure you can now see that Nairaland is not the kind of place where you'd want your picture exposed. People here can be very wicked and cynical. ![]() |
Geezle:Na so people be o. The rate at which people run for those things under the belt nowadays is crazy. ![]() |
Naija MEN cannot kiss at all, you know why? tHEY LACK THE TECHNIQUE AND SKILL THEY ARE EITHER TOO QUICK TO GET INTO YOUR PANT OR, THEY BITE YOU PLEASE WHATS YOUR TAKE ON THIS?I think you need to put on that pant of yours. Men can be wicked. |
@ Adewaleafolabi Nice to know you are from the Economics department, because that's the department I'm angling for over there, so please keep me posted on developments over there. To the weighted average, I happen to have about 71.5%, and you made the whole issue sound scary. I'm not afraid to defend my score though anywhere, but can you give me some clues at to the kind of things to expect in the interview and, is it oral or written?. Thanks. ![]() |
When dem no strike nko? Balderdash! What an enemy of progress these people (PHCN) are. Someone should let them know that I, as a person, would not miss them. ![]() |
glomerry:What the heck is this |
shegzy:Now, you'd better not start scaring people. What did you hear? And what connection have you got over there? ![]() |
naijamark:Now, I can boldly say that not very many can boast of that, not even those who used "mgbo, mgbo". Out of a thousand, you may only be able to find just about 10 who has complete distinction in all subjects. ![]() |
Romeo, I'm not saying it is normal to be having it rough, I'm only trying to say that what do you do to things which you cannot change. This leaders doesn't care and we all know it, people die of poverty everyday do they really show that they care in anyway? Let alone a man in the well, the man should wake up we are not in the West where such actions would be taken serious. Let's accept he has the attention but what good will come out of it, I don't know. ![]() |
@ Romeo What do you really expect people to do, to start crying for him or what? Tell you what, I've seen people who have really had it rough but they never resort to this. Almost everyone on this forum has had it rough (and are still having it rough), especially if you are of the lower class, and you are in Nigeria. To be candid, do you think the politicians cared, and I wonder how that (what he did) has bettered his lot. ![]() |

Hey Naijamark! As much as I appreciated the effort you put in explaining how the grading is done, something tells me that 60% couldn't be the minimum score. Say for example, if 60% was to be minimum, anybody who has C5 in 5 subjects has to score 400 in JAMB to get admission, which is not possible. I have more than 60% by the way, but I just felt that couldn't be the minimum. ![]() |
Hey Naijamark! I just dey feel all the recent responses you gave, especially that one on UI marking scheme. Back to this topic, I think there must be some negative marking going down with JAMB. Being among the high scoring is always my aim of doing the exam and at the end of day I get 60+ mark behind the highest scoring candidate. Man! That's not funny at all. ![]() |
deleson:If you were asked how to explain this statement, what would you say? That you are stupid or what? |
Please I'll appreciate any info on this too. I can be reached on madawgvic at outgun dot com. Thanks. |
abigirl:Hey pal! I hope I'm not going to pay to get the info though. ![]() |
Hey people, I have been seeing high marks all through, how am i sure that some people are not lying? If indeed some of them are lying, they'll only be deceiving themselves. That's why you are not going to see me proclaiming what I got all around. Never had problem with JAMB, finance is the issue delaying me for so long. |
Hello everyone! Please I'd like to be notified of any development pertaining to the UI's post UME too. If you need my email, reach me on madawgvic at outgun dot com. Thanks. |
