That being said,Oyigbo is under Igbo land, and Oyigbo at the same time is under Rivers. IPOB should learn to see that any place under Rivers is under the jurisdiction of the Governor and it's people, and as such, even though the Indegenous people of that land are your kits and kins, you're not allowed to carry out anything that the governor feels its illegal.
