Tinubu built on Marwa's foundation. Fashola took over from Tinubu and so on. Tinubu cannot claim Lagos as his. Every governor past and present contributed to the growth of Lagos.

Marwa is still brilliant even today in NDLEA. His administrative skills is without class among his peers.

at least you have admitted that Tinubu did well in Lagos.so expect him to perform as well, as the president.

The last group are "citizens". These are people that like to do things the right way. They will respect traffic light rules even if no one is watching them.They drive within speed limits.
