if government enforced sanitation laws in the markets I bet you all the markets will be spic and span, something as simple as sealing up any shop that has a dirty sorrounding,you will see that all traders will take it upon themselves to clean up Thier sorroundings,not because they enjoy doing that,but because of the fear of having Thier shops sealed,the same thing applies to streets and compounds,if government had people going around the streets and compounds and sealing up houses with dirty sorroundings,then a lot of people will be clean by force.the government does not care,and that is the reason the citizens don't care either.

why is North Korea a country with almost zero crime level?is because the person that wants to commit a crime already knows what awaits him,what about China, Malaysia and other countries that make laws and enforce them to the later.by default,humans are prone to crime but because of the checks and balances of the law,and a good conscience people have a second thought.the reason you see Nigerians in jail abroad is that they believe that they can take Thier lawlessness and criminal mindedness that they so much revel in at home abroad,by the time they realise that other countries enforce Thier laws to the later,they are already in prison.if the Nigerian government was enforcing Thier laws and dealing with criminals the way it's stipulated in the law,they will be less crime and lawlessness,the people that are lawless and indesciplined are just exploiting the weakness of the government to enforce laws,how do you explain a scenario where someone will just urinate on the street and a law enforcement officer will even join him to urinate instead of arresting him.some will commit fraud and is brought to the station and before you know it he uses part of the money to settle the officers and he is set free with charges dropped.lawlessness and crime and indiscipline will always thrive in a place where people are not made to pay for Thier crime.the best way to tackle crime and other vices is to make the criminal pay for his crime no matter how highly placed in the society.this will serve as a deterrent to other intending criminals.

You have to be very firm and commanding,in what you do,stop playing too much with them it should be strictly formal,if you feel like playing and chatting up with them,it should be after working hours,if the company notices that you don't have the balls to handle that post as the CSO,they will feel unsecured and will ask for a replacement or worse still they can ask the perceived security officer with balls to step up to your position and demote you.

It's not being stingy it's being hardworking and neat. Plus they helping the cleaners with their job. The cleaners actually make money for doing nothing.

God really blessed you with the luck of getting that daily pay job because if it was a monthly salary one you got it would have been another story entirely...

a monthly job is just a daily pay in reverse the only difference is that you get all your money at the end of the month in one lump,while you get it in pieces daily.as long as you working everyday it doesn't matter whether you get the money at the end of the day or end of the month.developing agood saving culture is paramount.
