It is because of foundation problem. Most times the foundation of building the companies here is enshrined on wickedness. No justice, fairness and equality. And the truth is that anything you build without those good qualities will never last. No way it will last.

So the wisdom here is that whatever we are building be it company, country, marriage, let us build wisely with honesty, integrity, justice, equity etc. If we build right, it will definitely out live us.
