In as much as I don't support the VC, I find some of this guy's reasons laughable and pathetic. So because the whites are doing it, we all should embrace and copy everything they do in the name of modernization? I don't know where they get this mentality that everything white is "Golden", while that of Africans is regarded as living in the prehistoric times..

Oga gan sidown
Africans have their own form of tattoos too.

all those market women I used to see in Lagos back in the day with local tattoos on them nko?

Conservatives in Nigeria are just advanced dumb fvcks

After dilapidated buildings, the next sign that you have entered a poverty-ridden neighborhood is that just about everyone has tattoos. Yoruba call them agbero, English call them touts, white folks call them white trash and in African-American lingo, they are called hood rats. Of course, I expect Nigerians to fight to copy the wrongs from other cultures. Will they fight for scientific innovations, education, environment, electricity? No. The fight must be in support of braids, sagging, tattoos and other nonsense that adds no values to anything.

//
tattoos is a universal thing

Even Asians have colorful tattoos too (especially of animals

)

it's a free world

if you want to judge a person with tattoos as it responsible, it's your right, but denying them admisdiom based on that is fvckery and foolish

Akpabio is a promosing politician than have build akwa ibom to modern state unlike that saraki tell me one basic infrastructure enjoyed by kwara people.

Bayelsa is a pdp state

what federal power is there to be enjoyed?

cos the last time I checked the states ravaged by the Herdsmen are mostly APC states

Politicians doing what they know how to do best (Taking care of themselves first). I pity this country.

But joke aside,I think Saraki didn't expect this and I give it to Asiwaju Tinubu for his political sagacity. Anyone who has watched house of cards knows that u don't play all your political cards at once and that was the mistake saraki made.

In the coming days, Saraki will be taught how politics is being played and I made bold to say he will be left in the cold soonest but there won't be a way out.

By my calculations,he will still hold sway in kwara State but by 2019 his national political relevance will be zero. And mind you,he won't be forgiven.

I pity politicians running under saraki ,he can only deliver Kwara State. His political relevance cannot even influence who becomes a Local government chairman in Kogi state unlike Asiwaju who is a guru in the business.
Akpabio that you are jubilant over

which state can be deliver apart from akwa ibom (which is even under probability) grin

In Nigeria help means allowing members of your immediate (and extended) family to marry many wives and mass produce children they cannot feed then contact you for help and you provide everything you have in the bank to feed and cater for their irresponsibility - that is what help means in Nigeria!

If you don't feed their lack of family planning and reckless living every single time they ask, you will have to get used to statements like this.

This one way thinking of my people is worrisome

Any ways ), it's a democracy, majority carries the vote!
So the onus is on us to gather that majority to do the needful via sensible campaigns and sensitization and encouraging folks to go and get their pvc
Politics › Re: Hafeez Abubakar Defects From APC To PDP by Ugosample(m): 9:32pm On Aug 03, 2018
wink2015:
THERE SHOULD BE A LAW THAT ANY POLITICIANS THAT DEFECT FROM ONE POLITICAL PARTY TO ANOTHER PARTY AUTOMATICALLY LOOSES THE PRIVILEDGE OF HIS OFFICE.

It is quite unfair for a politicians to take the position along that he was elected for to the other political party. He should first resign and then join the other party.

That is what Adams Oshiomole, APC chairman is telling Senator Saraki. That he Senator Saraki should resign as Senate President and that he has no moral value to keep the senate president position while he is a member of PDP.

Like in the case of the Kano state deputy governor that defected to PDP from APC, it is equally wrong for the deputy governor not to have resigned from his political office.

CARPET CROSSING IS LAWFUL BUT FIRST OF ALL RESIGN FROM WHATEVER POLITICAL OFFICE YOU ARE HOLDING BEFORE LEAVING THE PARTY.

It is wrong to carry the position to another party. It is a betrayal of the party that gave you that position.

IT IS ONLY HERE IN AFRICA THAT OUR POLITICIANS ARE SHAMELESS AND HAVE NO CONSCIENCE.

In the developed democracy of the world ( Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, UK, Germany ) politicians have high moral values and they live by example.

IN NIGERIA, POLITICIANS MISBEHAVE AND ARE BLOODY LIARS.

POLITICIANS IN NIGERIA LACK MORAL PRINCIPLES AND POLITICAL PARTIES IN NIGERIA LACK IDEOLOGY.

In Britain and the United States, political parties have clear cut ideologies.

Citizen in those countries can identify themselves as a republican, democrats, conservatives, labour, liberals, Independents etc.

This is not the case with Nigeria.

Even Ex-Vice President Atiku Abubakar that is talking about implementing RESTRUCTURING if voted into power as President of Nigeria is confused and Atiku is talking with BOTH SIDES OF HIS MOUTH!
yea yea

Let APC implode and scatter, and Buhari pushed ourbof ask rock, then we can start on a clean slate

.Pushing that terrorist out of aso rock is a move every patriotic Nigerian must make

If not for collapsing out economy or polarizing our country, It's for the more than 20,000 Nigerians who have died due to his incompetence nationwide; especially In Benue, Plateau, Zamfara, Kaduna, Enugu, Edo, Borno, Yobe and Adamawa

A president that cannot defend the territorial integrity of his country should not be president

I commend Saraki for defecting to PDP from APC, it is call political survival. Also, he should be man enough to resign as the leader of the house becos it is the Majority that produces the senate President.
There is no law anywhere that says the majority MUST produce the Senate president of Speaker

The main qualification is to be a member of that house

That's all.

It will be honorable for him to resign before he’s impeached and nothing will happen.

Saraki can’t eat his cake and still have it. His presiding as the senate president while he already decamped to the opposition party is not democratic and it will spell doom to the progress of the nation.
