As much as apprenticeships are good, no one should ever say that college education is a waste.

It's only a waste to those who are waste themselves

Politics › Re: Biafra: You Have No Right To Stop Election In Igbo Land – Orji Kalu Tells Kanu by Ugosample(m): 10:02am On Jul 13, 2017
Igboesika:
Sorry sir, Nnamdi Kanu won't use arms and ammunitions to stop any one, like he didn't force anybody to stay at home on 30th may.
What happened on 30th may would be a child's play to compare with what will happen on Anambra election day because, that day has been declared "Nsala day"...eat , ,enjoy and sleep, then in the evening by 6 p.m, guys can now leave their houses and go to Mama Nkechi's joint and end the ofe nsala day celebration with some bottles of mmanya Biaffra " Hero".

But wait oo, which election are they forcing people to participate in ?.. the one people will stand under the sun from morning till evening without being accredited, at the end of the day, some hoodlums will hijack the ballot boxes and shoot sporadically in the air, leaving some unlucky ones killed and lucky ones injured , while fleeing with electoral materials ?

Votes doesn't count as long as Nigeria election is concerned because the winner is always declared before the D day. Eg :Uche Oga vs Okezie Ikpeazu in Abia state and Judiciary is not even helping the matter because, the person that will be declared winner by Inec after the election cannot be removed again through Judiciary process which we have witnessed so far.

So, why should I risk my life all in the name of voting while our votes are won't be count at the end of the day.?

Even without Nnamdi KANU's directive, who's still interested in voting in this failed country since our votes are meaningless to politicians ?.
Make all of una dey film unasef

Even if just 10 people vote, the results will stand and a governor elect will be declared.

Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly and applying the wrong remedies. Approximately 8years ago, Gaddafi in a speech declared that Nigeria should be split into two - Christian and Muslim Nations like Pakistan and India. However, a counter statement was echo by useless Senate President David - Gaddafi is a madman!
Nigeria still lives while gadaffi was killed like a rat on the street. grin

One thing I've noticed about the ladies over here is that they are more open-minded wink

If a lady likes you, stepping up and telling you how she feels is no big deal over here, unlike in naija where someone would be dying for you and would be ignoring you undecided

Another thing I noticed is that the baby-mama culture is quite normal here. ladies as young as 17 are dropping babies anyhow, and it's no big deal. One of the ladies at the store where I work is just 19 and she has two kids already shocked
Each time the "do you have a girlfriend?" question pops up, I side-step it, I no wan become baby-daddy biko. Im too young for that grin
Very true.

Billyonaire:
Do not advertise your stupidity son, Igbos own 100% of SE and still own atleast 60% of assets in every State of the Federation of Nigeria (I stand corrected). It is a strategy. Igbos have defeated every other tribe economically and they control the future of all landed assets. God is not creating new lands, so who ever holds the title of lands, control the future of the indigenous population and their rights of residency.

Every landowner today in this world, was once a visitor, then over a century the original owners are forgotten and the land owners become the new indigenes. What the Igbos have done today, will better be understood well in the next 100yrs. When they become totally in charge of all lands and they can choose to rename the towns.

Learn from history.
Point of correction

Igbos don't own 100 % of the SE

Lands have been sold out to non indigenes, especially in Ebonyi, and to a lesser degree, Enugu, Owerri and onitsha.

You always speak against your people even when you see that they wrongly attack. Tell me why those silly monikers, that claim to represent Yorubas, and that dingbat, laudate, will just jump on this thread, for no reason, and start heaping insult and you expect Igbos on this forum to keep their cool? Stop this your holier than thou attitude please. This people don't like you, whether you are forming political correctness or not. Being Igbo is enough to attract their hate.

NoToPile:
Lots of ignorant folks on this thread.

Everybody knows the reason why we sell electricity to those countries. Its not an agreement that was signed yesterday or even five years ago, its been like that for quite a while.

If those countries dam the water nothing is going to flow to naija and that's why the agreement was made in the first place.

People need to read oo.
Don't mind all the ignorant ones talking here.

And you wonder why the country is like this?

The conditions that lead to poverty are the same as elsewhere - there was a great deal of inequality which one would expect in societies that maintain monarchies.

Rather than hold their inconsiderate leadership to account they went to north America, Australasia or southern Africa to take another man's land. They wouldn't fight the people who made their lives hell in their own countries but would go to elsewhere to kill others. It is cowardice and laziness.

Recently i have been under lots of pressure from friends and family asking me to try and get a visa to leave the country, but i have declined

i understand that things are not well organised in this country but travelling out to me is like putting yourself in an uncertain situation , you don't even know what to expect when you get there

The most annoying for me is the fear of being denied a visa again after trying some years back

I will prefer to rather put my money into a small business here in Nigeria no matter how small and try to grow from there

At least i know some people that have travelled out of the country for years and when ever they come back home they still cant afford a house of their own, they stay with relatives that has never even been to Ghana before

What is your opinion on these nairalanders
if you have already taken a side, then why ask this question? huh huh undecided
