hatchy: Indians can migrate like Ants. They come in, cluster together, establish themselves and take over the area. Then they form a cartel and start bringing in more and more Indians.
Although it is better to host Indians who are more industrious than Arabians and Muslims who come with no innovative mindset other than to establish Islam and start causing problems. True about Indians Because tell me why an Indian, bring her husband and her younger sister come work for the same workplace? Aaah |

bigpicture001: Guy be careful ooo if children is among your priorities in marriage... Them plenty for my area ooo.. about 6 of them... they all bullshit relationships faced money making and found the monies , not through runs oo... Real hardwork... Now they are not so attractive for young men to marry, so they all married failed men...
Failed men, as we call them here are men who have tried and tried to make it and failed to make it.. they may still b very good men, but in terms of financial resources, they have failed and are now quite old ... Usually about 40+... These ladies married them, infact made the marriage work... They men are handsome, gentle, and faithful,... Problem b say.. all the 6 ladies no fit born...
One is now 43 working in access bank.. married a 35 year old very handsome failed tailor guy, quite tall and loayal to her..
One is a surveyor, owns her own office ND also a big and good jewelry store... Married a secondary skl very handsome gentle tall teacher it's been 3 years den no born... Sh even bought the guy a car..
Another is a. Guy who is young like 35, handsome can hold his own , but long throat if marrying good working class lady made him marry a 39 year old lady who is a doctor in a state hospital, they live an elite life.. but it's been 7 years.. no pikin..
Another is a 4p year old farmer, sh delved into at say age 27, built her poultry farm to one of the biggest in my local government, sh get over 80crates of eggs per day..sh has buses for her business, ride a clean Toyota Corolla car, built her parents house and have several workers.. hardworking, independent, but sh realize late sh needed marriage also...now sh married another failed guy who failed to secure permanent staff status from a marketing possible at fcmb..the guy is frustrated...they are now 4years,no child....
Another is a primary skl male teacher who went for a lady who is 38, sh works for a federal university as non teaching staff and can hold her own and have access to good loan... They are 4 years them never born...
All these I listed , believe me, it's not concocted.. they all live in my neighborhood... Plz be careful my man... We are Africans ND like children...
If we as men now start to reject those old ladies, there will b awakening of concern to get married on time.. but if we keep taking them in cuz eventually they made money, we keep encouraging more to toll their paths.. You go too like amebo Tufia |
Properties › Re: Do Everything Possible To Own A Car And A Piece Of Land Before You are 35. by ukaface(f): 9:23pm On Mar 18, 2025 |
Nice2023: "A man without assets is a man without leverage.
Before 35, you need to stop living like time is on your side. It isn’t. Every year wasted is a year you don’t get back. Owning a car and land isn’t about luxury....it’s about control. Control over your mobility, your options, and your future.
Here’s the game plan:
1. Master a High-Income Skill – Forget chasing quick cash. Learn a skill that will pay you consistently, whether it’s sales, coding, trading, or business. Money follows skill.
2. Control Your Expenses – Stop flexing for people who don’t care. Cut out useless spending, overpriced trends, and social validation that does nothing for your future. Every unnecessary dollar spent is a dollar stolen from your dreams.
3. Build Credit & Save Ruthlessly – Use credit wisely, not recklessly. Stack your savings like your life depends on it, because it does. A land deposit today is wealth tomorrow.
4. Make Money Work for You – Invest. Whether it’s real estate, stocks, crypto, or a side hustle, put your money in places where it grows while you sleep.
5. Move in Silence, Win in Private – Announce nothing, just execute. Let them see your success, not your struggle.
Why? Because past 35, life doesn’t get easier....it gets realer. Your value as a man is tied to what you build, not what you fantasize about. A man with assets moves differently. He doesn’t beg, he negotiates. He doesn’t wait for opportunities, he creates them.
Start now. The future is coming whether you're ready or not." Abegi You dash them money? |

YoungBTCxchange: there are two different types of enemies girl, Some people don't just like you but they have never thought of bad against you, why some people want to see the person death by all means, they render people's children useless, made some ladies not to find their husbands, sending sickness everywhere, now are you going to pray for this people to live so that they will keep destroying and killing people. You need to pray a prayer of back to sender, whatever they wish on you will return back to them. Human being with evil hearts don't go away, they always plan evil all the time, they might be in Nigeria and be sending arrows to someone in America. Baby girl you better realize that you are in Africa Hmmm True true For such enemy, they must die o One president like that is an example of such kind of enemy. |

YoungBTCxchange: in the Bible both the old testament and the new testament, almost very body there pray for their enemies to die, so why Will I be the one praying for my enemies to live. The enemy planning for someone death, if you don't pray fire on their head, they might succeed one day because human beings hardly repent. Na who die na him lose, some will repent in their old age that time they might have killed many people before already before repenting Ah No o I’m not praying for my enemy to die o I can only pray for such to move far away from me |

We4all: Petty things? Would you consider adultery or physical abuse petty?
Getting divorced has nothing to do with being a celebrity. Some women will never leave their marriage no matter the level of abuse, while others won't hesitate to leave when things go south. Would you choose to stay with a man who doesn't value you because you want to stay married by all means? you clearly saw where I wrote some issues are bad that the only way out is divorce right? And getting divorced is not about been a celebrity, I used a celebrity cos that’s who toke is. |

But why does it have to end with divorce Can’t issues be worked out in marriage?
I know some issues are bad, that the only way out is divorce. But I feel most celebrities divorce over petty things.
