Thanks bro.....i accept stanbic is cool, i once tried their fixed deposit last year when d rate was ard 9%......and most other banks were offering averagely 5-7 and they delivered although it was a different branch sha.
May be i will try again through another branch this week.

Honestly, you have asked a difficult question which nobody except Tony himself can answer...What if you jump in now and that is the price limit the stock is being pushed to before massive profit taking begins.

Foreign investors always factor technical and fundamental variables in their decision equation. they ensure they commit funds to quality and performing stocks that allows them cover their cost of funds which transcorp doesn't fit in.

Remember, some people have bought the stock when it was below N1 and others below N1.5 placing them in a better position to take maximum profit causing the price to go south. However, if you love taking risk you can ignore my epistle and hop into the bus.

For me, If you must invest in penny stocks, please consider M&B (company have returned to profitability), Tigerbrand (try enter at a price below 5), Nahco, Fbnh, fidson, eterna Plc and Afripud.

Nawaooo...l never had this terrible experience with them...it has been cool banking with them...hence my recommendations... Call their lagos customer care centre and demand detail explanation of what happened...

Not at all. I think Tony is trying to placate the stock as viable to access international funding because fundamentally nothing has changed about the company. Assets earnings capacity ratio still remain low while cost continue to go north...

Please will this make foreign investors to come to mopp up the remaining shares?

Hello I went to zenith bank, and they refused to give me the rates. Saying the bank will do the bargaining on our behalve and get the best rate for the T.bills. So after pressuring them for a while,they said the that of 90d should be around 8+, 182d shouldn't be more than 9.+ and finally 364d goes at 11.+

So I filled the form, and they insisted the minimum I could place is 1mil. I mean am willing to but thought T.Bills is from 100k up?

And now that the rates seem to be going up, I suspect they will still insist on that rate. Which other bank will you guys recommend? If possible, one that I get to make my own bid. Can't trust zenith with this their fishy style and since I've been reading this thread, surprising am still to see a soul that bought from them. Is there a reason you guys are running from them?

Just walk into any STANBIC IBTC bank,,,and tell them you want to invest in NTB...they will give you a form, in that form, you will select if you want to go with the bank rate or you want to bid for yourself....choose anyone you want...


Don't forget you must have valid account number with the bank before you invest NTB with them

Sir is there a rule by SEC as to how long a broker can hold a client's money. This is 10 working days after T3 and the broker has failed to remit funds to the client's account. Stating online transfer problems. This is not the first time. What is to be done about this?

The online customer service of fbn mutual fund eh. It can be so tiring....for an account to be funded it'll take abou 3wks.
For confirmation, that all process has been completed another 2-3wks.
Now to get Online login details, e don dey enter 3wks. I just tire for the very slow response.
I wonder how it'll be when I decide to withdraw some funds, it could take 1month.
Is this problem peculiar to just me or is there anyone too experiencing such with fbn mmf customer care.

Both account funding and Withdrawal of funds via online is less than 12hours.
