They use that much phones in London. But majority of those phones were stolen from the owners and the rest were locally used. Only a little fraction are genuine London used

Don't forget, phones used in every other parts of the world, including china, are refered to as London used in Nigeria

Refurbished phones are substandard versions of phones. They shouldn't be called refurbished, they should be called fake.
A refurbished phone of 64gb will take files of 2gb and be crying of low memory space. A refurbished 50mp camera has a clarity of 8mp.

That phone is not refurbished, it's STOLEN. Refurbished phones are original phones that had a reason for repair. They are as good as new phones because they're repaired with original parts but do not come with warranty. Sometimes it might be a minor repairs.

But you see those phones that are advertised at ridiculously cheap prices, they are either stolen or fake phones
