I am not satisfied with this explanation. We are talking about higher beings who can tap into higher realms via meditation and seek for help. Beings who have existed billions of years before reincarnating and therefore should have experiences billions of time higher than men. Beings who may have witnessed inventions in multiple planets by other humanoids in several spheres of life. Creatures who may have, over the years, come across and conquered problems that disturb the planet earth.

With such edge over humans, people in that category don't need to have migraine while solving the problem of cancer since "tiny humans" even from shithole countries are doing inventions.
