Family / Re: Mothers, Is It Rude For A Guy To Hit On Your Daughter In Front Of You. by UncleJJ(m): 10:10pm On Jul 05, 2013
Bullshit ... bro....

it all comes down to the following...

is the girl ripe for marraige.
do you like the girl or you just want to sleep with her.

The other person who said, any guy who hits on a girl in front of her mum lack home training... has shit for brains.

Only people with bad intention's are scared of a girls father/mother... if your mind pure bros... nothing do u

But, if you only have interest in this girl to take your share back off. Very simple.

If you just want to start by being a friend - what's wrong with talking to her and asking for her number - in front of her mum.

All these however, require social finesse... so if your the kind who does not know how to move in and out - on top or beneath conversation's. tongue

You are the best. I know that the rural network roads done by Obi/Ngige must be responsible for the reachout of every single community in Anambra more than other states.

Your not ashamed with all the successful traders, market women and industries in Anambra you had to collect N120M from a white man to build hospital's..... smh

Family / Re: Parents: How Do You Identify A Child's Talent? by UncleJJ(m): 11:45am On May 29, 2013
Tolutheo: Children are like a new computer with no software installed on it. Children from both research and history pick up a lot of things their environment. Exposure is the best gift you can ever present to any child. The William sisters are good tennis players because their father trained them at a tender age, same thing in Tiger Wood's case: he started playing golf at the age of 2 with his father, by the time he was 11 he was beating his father in golf games and by age 16 he became a professional golfer. Mark Zuckerberg the founder of facebook started coding at a very young age because his father taught him, at a time he became better than his father, so his father employed a programming tutor to teach him. Ben carson's mother did not give up on him even though he did not start up as a child prodigy, she kept exposing him to books until he out shined every one in his class and became a renowned neurosurgeon, the list also goes on and on.

1.) There is so much information hidden in books, it has worked for me and several others: Expose your children to books.
2.) "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" also "All play and no work still makes Jack a dull boy": reduce the TV they watch, pick educative programs for them to watch.
3.) Above all go to GOD, he is the manufacturer he has the blueprint of every one's life.

You started well and ended terribly. Long story short, thier's no such thing as talent - its just a fancy name we give to people who have perfected certain routine task's with repetition.

Want your child to be a talented singer, you as a parent should learn to sing, and sing with the kid. Children naturally gravitate to what the parents do, and are able to repeat boring task's with you - not notices how boring because - in thier minds , am having fun with dad or mum.

You cant teach, if thier's not fun or desire to learn. Get them the whole book's in the world. He might know all the formula's and blah blah.... but since their in no desire or connection to the task - their will be no serious application or attempt to fix problem's using this knowledge.

Forget about talent, and start by teaching your kids at a tender age, what you know - if your a lawyer, teach him what you can, if your a producer, shoe maker , akara seller.

As they grow and time's change - they will innovate and branch to other aspects, refining your art or lesson's to become successes in the society.

Most of the people you call talented - learnt from their parents. Stop deceiving yourselves and start teaching your child at a tender age what you know.

Everyone has a destiny and it is simple to succeed , where we place the most effort and interest - "interest" here is the watch word. Only interest/desire will give you the strength to innovate, combine, question or dare.

Webmasters / Re: Vamido Vs Tolet Vs Privateproperty: Best UI/UX Goes To? by UncleJJ(m): 11:51am On May 24, 2013
Brand_new: I like Tolet.com.ng for it's simplicity. However there are so many dynamics involved to be successful in that market.

Tolet and vamido have the same layout.

Prefer property.com.ng cos the user has to think less to achieve his aim. The first thing he/she will do is click a city. I don't think search bars are of much in real estate websites. Maybe just for the effect.

Bt folks are more interested in price, before anything else.

And vamido and toilet, have that as their major features.

You should read *Steve krug - don't make me think and you he able to pick out a successful design off the bat.
Romance / Re: Things To Discuss With Him Before Marriage by UncleJJ(m): 7:27am On May 22, 2013
Ha ha, only broke men complain about name gerian girls.

You buy iphone,iPad, expensive wristwatch and suit. European cars and live in a good neighborhood. You will definitely want an expensive beautiful Nigerian girl to compliment, the lifestyle.

All these nigerian men that claim to marry white chicks. Can never I repeat , never marry a standard white girl, from a well to do home and a good college degree. Only few Nigerian guys have quality white wives and these men are high respected in their fields.

Come here telling is white girls are mot materialistic. Do you think this is some dumb Hollywood movie.

Marry, or ugly trailer trash white girls.

While the real naija boys marry ... Exclusive babes from respectable homes.

EFF love, marriage is contract!

Webmasters / Re: Naijafinder.com Is A Content-thiefing Forum. Bloggers Beware. by UncleJJ(m): 10:34am On May 21, 2013
Slyr0x: I've studied the naijafinder site for a while now. .

Everything they do is automated. .It's a blackhat scraping tool. .

All they need do is 1.) Scrape keywords 2.) Add the websites containing these keywords to a list 3.) Automatically scrape/hijack contents once there's a new post

There are several complaint threads discussing how Naijafinder has been hijacking their contents such as this , this and this

Try sending complaints to abuse@namecheap.com

Namecheap cant do jack... domain does not belong to them. Namecheap is a middleman ! Only gives you tools to buy and maintain domain's. Always read the fine print in this case the TOS.

Even google, wont do jack unless he files a formal complaint, and this would be a waste of time. He should not care, if his pages are ranking higher.

This is why i say it's not enough to learn to use fantastico to install a blog anymore - you need to learn the technical stuff - move with the times or become a dinosaur.

Jide should try to block i.p's and bot's on his blog - he can do this in .htaccess files.

block all
allow googlebot, yahooslurp, bing, miva, yandex and other know bots
block others.

Grap the ip of naijafinder and place it in your banhost's of better wordpress security.

Learn technical stuff............... fantastico is dying.......... cool
Politics / Re: ‘asari Dokubo, Clark Are Problems For Jonathan’ - Professor Tam David–west by UncleJJ(m): 10:19am On May 21, 2013
talktimi: Mr David West got it wrong on Dokubo, even the presidency has dis associated itself from the rantings of this ex militant but I totally agree with him on EK Clark the self proclaimed "Ijaw national leader" and have always said he's (Clark) is the worst friend GEJ can have arond him at any moment mostly because of his self serving unguarded utterances.
How can TDWest possibly say peace hasn't been achieved in the niger delta ? Crass irresponsibility if I may say so myself, I guess his opinion of peace was the days of Ateke boys vs Asari boys, Greenlanders vs Icelander, deybam vs deywell all with sophisticated weapons and daylight mayhem, now you harldy see the military on patrols but you also hardly hear of any gunfight or mini wars as was the case in the mid 2000's, on the BH issue, he also got it wrong like many people out there who have this romantic belief that BH arose because of the underdevelopment in the north. It is on open record that some (ex) state governors armed these boys for election purposes, its also on open record that some politicians (Atiku for one) openly promised to make this country ungovernable if GEJ won the 2011 elections where I support mr david west is GEJ should release the names of BH sponsors in his cabinet at least so we can know where we're starting from.
GEJ called boko haram ghosts and with reason, prominent people in Nigeria's polity like the Sltan of Sokoto asked for amnesty for these boys and the boys (BH) say they don't want the amnesty, in fact the FG should even beg for amnesty for themselves, the BH openly said the only way therell be peace is if the president converts to islam, the country is islamized and controlled under sharia law. What would you have done in this case ? Any room for peaceful dialogue had effectively been locked by these BH terrorists and so you can't come out here spouting "constructive criticism" when you've openly said you'll "never support him" the contex meaning even if hedoes excellently well in govt.

PS ; Mandela stayed only one term in office

SHUTUP - You are a scoundrel, liar and a dimwit. Nothing , you have said makes any sense. The professor made statement's and supported with facts. Your just another guy, talking with emotion's. Terrible liar...

Food / Re: The Price Of A Bottle Of Heineken Is Too High In Nigeria. Protest Here !!. by UncleJJ(m): 8:27pm On May 20, 2013
Ultimux: Do people still drink beer? Here i was thinking they no longer exist smiley.
Anyway, i am more of wine and spirit person. Talk about Moet, Hennessy, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Amarula, Crème de Violette etc.
Beer is a no no for me. Start a campaign to reduce the price of wine and i will be the first to volunteer.

Oboy, the chick who said heineken is 250 in her area... abeg can i pay you a visit. Chineke....

I buy heineken 450 - 600 in my area. Which level..... nothing spoil though, not a heavy drinker !

Bros... spirit's - my uncle goes and comes from N.Y like notha ... spirits abound in our house (original version) but, prefer lager... their just something about the taste, the way it foams in your mouth.

And, if you get good bar man, tell the guy to give you a tumbler ( that big orobo glass). Pour chilled heineken into that tumbler, let the brew settle for some second's... it's heaven.

And, i subscribe to the school of thought, ALWAYS CHOOSE THE LESSER EVIL... but, wine is ok... as long as it's not fake d.p e.t.c
