Is sin inevitable? I would say NO.correction though.we all fall short and fall into sin coz we are weak and human but God's grace abound.

@ Apolcalypse. Am a balanced christian and I know what the extremities of christianity can do. I have been there till I learned to be balanced. The command is there. But commands without wisdom can even kill us. Do not commit adultery is a command. Where do you apply wisdom? when now it has happend and you must deal with it! Ecosystem.I once hd a debate with friends abt how important everybody/everything is including the mad man and they thought I was crzy.Well I dont think so. They are part of the ecosystem and they play a very important role too. Tht of making us laugh. In my country we have them too though they get picked up bt they keep running away.I saw one passionately dragging the rotten carcass of a dog. Wht caught my attention was the way he was doing it.With passion. I saw him a couple of days later doing the same and I was told he hates seeing carcasses on the road. so he does the job.Now that one deserves a pat on the back. He made me laugh and i ws stressed it just went away.I always wish I could meet him again. But do they really laugh or grin?

A lady posted a story here about how she cld save her marriage after both of them cheated on each other.The hubby confessed, but she of course was confused as to whether she should do the same. Then as usual yeah we replied in an effort to help her.
So as I leave office today theres a story on radio, topic being 'sexless marriages' and the cause.
A lady calls in with her story. She cheated on her husband and later confessed to him.He got pissed off at first then things took an ugly turn, they had to involve the elders/parents for reconciliation. As soon as they were back together,the hubby changed.He just couldnt trust her anymore and resolved to punish her. First he demanded that he sleeps with wife's sister or he leaves her. The 'stupid' wife gave in and yeah he had sex with her sis. As if that wasn't enough,hes denied her sex ever since. Then now hes seeing another woman and wants to marry her.Hes stopped providing in the house and tells the wife that it is his punishment for cheating. The wife says he loves him soo much she cant leave him.The hubby is torturing her as punishment.
So my conclusion after hearing the story was 'just keep your mouth shut'. Thats crazy.What would you do if you were the wife/hubby??

My 2 cents worth of advise?

1. This is not breaking news/ unique at all .Adultery is all around us. Its actually the kid I feel sorry for cz hes caught in the middle and has to suffer for our mistakes.

2.Good news is, there's hope as its not the end of life. Always compare what your are going through with the worst possible scenario and you will discover there's a reason to thank God that you came back to your senses b4 the ship sank completely.

3.You don't rectify a wrong with a wrong. What is right? God commands us to confess our sins one to another so that we can be forgiven. NOW that said, theres also one thing called WISDOM. A nicely shared confession could turn to be the worst mistake you ever did and wreck you up forever. So test the waters first,weigh the pros and cons before you do so and see if hes capable of forgiving you. His reaction may suprise you.

What may happen if you don't share?

a) The guilt will haunt you everyday forever
b) What we do in darkeness will be announced in mountain tops(I know its not the case always but in most yes) so the possibilty of him hearing the story about his wife from out is also high.
c) The dude you slept with can easily blackmail you. Telling you that he will spill the beans if you dont do abcd. So which is better?

What may happen if you share?

a) Well be ready for either a forgivess or slap. (ope the latter doenst happen)
b) It may always crop up whenever you have your small fights.
c) He may never view you the same way again.

Remember that every mistake we make in life has consequences and solutions.The way to solve the solutions is NEVER easy so you MUST be ready for anything if you are determined to keep it going. That includes the above risks. So since you are a grown up, what wilL you prefer?
Face it head on and MOVE ON.

The Power of Reverse Psychology.When you put the title to read 'For guys only' what happens to the female mind? I have really derailed this thread. But I dont want you to keep mourning mama ghee.Get your mind off yourself at times and see other things in life. You will discover theres more to worry about than 'is she ugly, why he waved at me etc then u start comparing yourself to others. Trust me there's always that better looking person. Will you be downcast everytime you meet smbody better than you? You will end up a very miserable person if u do.
@kokoye i clap for myself . my 3rd guess was right but from it you can see clearly a man's frm a woman's perspective.While I thought the guy is dancing (celebrating) cz tests proved Hes the Father,you on the other hand say the reverse is true.Hes happy coz hes not. Correction 'Nothing like an Unwanted baby'.Use the word unplanned for at least.

When somebody looks at the pic, the first thing that comes into their mind is 'what is he dancing to'? And that text in blue can be interpreted in several ways.One being 'you are not God'.The other could be 'yeah am dancing but so what? you are not my daddy'.3rd is a bit sensitive. Are you conveying a message to somebody? something like 'Hes my baby not yours'.

I discovered that the names dont match the profiles.Hard to know if your replying to male or female. Besides its your profile and you can put whatevr there.I was just expressing my honest opinion.

You lack self confidence and wait for people to compliment you. I will give you my 2 cents worth of advise.This world is rough. Very very rough with rough people too like   .17 is not child either so you really need to mature emotionally as well if you want all to be well with you. At this rate,the chance of getting used and dumped is very high cz you seek approval from people and that you will surely get but at a cost.Before you realise you will be 50,blaming and hating everybody for your failures. Be positive always reagrdless. its a mind thing. What you go through is not unique at all.Infact theres nothing new that ever happens cz smbody else has bn there too. Seriously being a woman is hard work.That insecure feeling always lingers whenever you see him talking to the opposite sex. Fact is 'theres nothing you can do to stop him from mingling with them unless you want to turn him into a caged animal.And we all know that caged animals can be very wild and may even maul you the keeper.I wish there was a remedy for 'how not to feel jealous when your man is close to women. Nope. I am not nigerian so the moonlight stories, I have read about them really in our literature classes .Very interesting and cool. But my village is close to the forest and there was that occasional leopard that would go steal sheep from peopl's farms.
