uptown17:
house please help with my questions

my mum wants to apply for UK visa. she has a registered business (1994) but she doesnt maintain an account in the business name nor was she filing tax returns. In the past 1 year she does little/no trading in the business name. we intend travelling together, i have a running visa from years baq. her husband is late

1. do i claim she is into her business and submit her personal bank stmt with no tax returns OR
2. do i just say she is retired and be her sponsor? if so. should i include her bank stmt alongside mine still or mine alone will suffice?
3. for proof of ties, will her landed documents suffice?

Thank you

Thanks a lot justwise. I really do appreciate.

Retrieving a chat history of 2014 is a big challenge atm, be it on BBM or whatsapp and same for call logs, this is primarily due to misplaced, spoilt or lost phones, moreso 3yrs is a long time.
what would you suggest we do in this case? We are thinking of writing a cover letter to explain this.
Again, would you advise we wait a month or 2 before reapplying as we don't want to appear too desperate.
Will EEA family permit benefit from a Priority service?
From your wealth of experience, how many pictures can u suggest cuz i'v got over a 100?
Asides boarding passes, we've decided to add immigration stamps (on arrival and exit from Nigeria) + e-ticket.

Your prompt response would be highly appreciated.
have you maintained the same mobile line all through those years? how about you approach ur service provider to get your call logs if you both have been calling via your direct lines

thank you. on IQAS Website, they asked that we give our school the Request of Academic Records Form did you upload this form for unilag or you did not use the form at all

Yup
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by uptown17: 9:14am On Jun 01, 2017
oh tollu meaning you saw your RRR carrying Mr. too before you applied to IQAS for ECA?
tollu:

Don't mind those yeye people, everybody is Mr in Unilag. Anyways, no such thing as title on my IQAS or husband's WES assessment. I can't say if things will change ooo but I didn't bother my head about it.

Besides, I believe you'd need to enter correct titles when applying for the evaluation.

All the best.

No but the challenge I have is that the Human resources has not modify the new status on the platform where we print pay slip. It is a self -service platform that will generate your respectful payslip on PDF format. For the purpose of interview , which may require physical evidence like payslip, is it advisable to use the old monthly salary or the new one.

many thanks
you wont have a problem. just as LADYG said, your body language will speak for u (confidence). where you issued a promotion letter?
you can take it along. if you work in a structured organization as described, you can request for an introduction letter from employer. that should state your new package
above ALL, they most likely wont check all these your documents. VOs gat no time

Congrats to all the new mamas and papas, successful POE and VO stories!
Let me share my story (not what I expected but a good one all the same) cos of great people on this thread; ejisky, nwunyebuka and MOST t. Lol!
Long story short, I had my LO on the 14th thru an unscheduled CS (on my antenatal day oh) cos of a BP of 210/110 that "skyrocketed" from 150/80 in less than a day!
I just bless God for life and good health!
I wish all expectant mums (and dads) successfull POEs and safe delivery!
Sorry for the long post.
Thanks once again @ olokings, firsttymum, lollyberry, ejisky and everyone.
congrats dear

somebody please help with assisting me with this questions.....i have read some some parts of part 2 and 1 and haven't found a similar situation, maybe i am missing them, most of what i have been seeing is POE, i just need to be clarified on this(i just learnt about nairaland recently and my interview date is near) please oooh... God bless as you answer.

cinaki i see you are pressed for time. what is your budget first of all?
your last interview, how much did you write on your form as monthly earnings
2. you cant write kansas on ur ds160 & provide hospi & docs correspondence for another city
if your budget can work around you getting accomodation yourself+hospital+doc+other expenses, then pick the state where they will easily send u email correspondence for embassy+poe

4. the hospital accepting you will send u a mail and not to the embassy
5. put address of where you will stay
i had just ghana trip on ecowas passport and a uk refusal for my toddler and I, yet i got the visa few wks back. that thing works on God's favor my sister
doctor's correspondence & letter are same. just that some doctors issue a letter for u to take for visa +poe. doesnt matter. if you have exchanged email with a doc &hospi & gotten cost & breakdown of their bills it will suffice
your qweshion 1, i dont know the answer. firsty, olo, phema, shawlar uma dey here to help her??

Am reposting now. Please could someone recommend an affordable and good hospital in Virginia. Thank you.
bankwo7 luv peeps here might not answer your qweshion ooo
since you are birthing next yr, you still have plenty of time. i would suggest you read part 2 of this thread. the answers are all there
OR You can also use the search engines.. e.g GOOGLE nairaland+givebirthinusa:cost and procedure+Virginia
that will narrow down what you need to read

cheers

u need ur drivers license o... U most definitely need it. It's cheaper tho. But see it depends on where u r staying... If u stay very far from d Hospital.. It's cheaper to rent. But if u stay close to d Hospital a cab might suffice.
She doesn't need to know.. His statements are enough

She couldn't have left the kids na, it's a yearly tradition for them to go on family vacations. They always travelled together o. And she works in one of the biggest oil coy in Naija.

Just that this time around, after their usual 2-3 weeks vacation, she'll stay back to deliver while the family returns to Naija.

She even told the Cbd that if she was the problem, she was ready to go back alone while her kids n hubby enjoy their vacation but they didn't agree o. They cancelled all their visas
Ha Ha what kind of CBP was that na! this is indeed a sad story. hmnnn this is one v. wicked POE story

After two visa refusals; one each for my DW and I when we went together, and then another for her when she went alone, we finally got our visas approved today in Abuja during the 10:15 am appointment by the gentleman on window 9.

Now we're looking for PTA and need to book airline. DW is hitting on 35 weeks but I know say, no shaking. God will finish what he started.
congrats. your story touched my heart. i kept smiling as i read
@pta, standard chartered, stanbic, union bank are selling. arrange your self fast. ur DW hasnt got much time
some people here mentioned travelex (you could use as last resort)
