playtheblues: Lol I can sense the sacarcism but I will still answer you.
1. My signature is quite true. Absolutely true.
2. Some of us are very blessed to be from privileged backgrounds.
3. Even if you are Dangote's child, when you work for 1 year and 2 months without salaries, you should be very worried.
4. A man is not a man till he can stand on his own, irrespective of family pedigree. On the contrary I wasn't sarcastic, shocked and perplexed will be the right words to describe how I felt. I wonder why this is not in mainstream media, on the other hand I know the Ondo state government owe workers too and nobody is saying anything about it. Aregbesola was dragged on the floor for doing same but all of a sudden everyone has gone deaf and dumb. It's strange! |

Politics › Re: $2.1 Billion Arms Money Is Biggest Propaganda Of 2015 by Urine: 4:49pm On Jan 13, 2016 |
snailspeed: Please leave that propaganda line. I wont fall for it. Nobody is a crook until a court says so. As soon as the court pronounces them as crooks, I will come back here and call them that, you can trust me on that. Until then, I will not call someone a crook because Buhari or the EFCC say they are. On a more general level, I can refer to Nigerian politicians as crooks because we all know that there is corruption in the system. But using that as an alibi to label anyone as corrupt so you can go after them or keep them shut is nothing but tyranical and anti democratic and I will never support that. The case is already in court, why not wait until the court passes it's verdict? |

Politics › Re: Dear PMB, Please Redeploy Mrs Kemi Adeosun by Urine: 9:27pm On Jan 12, 2016 |
id911: I have followed with keen interest all Mr President's ministerial appointees but the one that is so important but unfortunately seems to have less understanding of the system is Mrs. Kemi Adeosun.
Watching her grant press interviews both local and foreign shows she doesn't have the grasps, and won't be able to adequately formulate and manage Nigeria's Fiscal Policies to stimulate economic growth thereby create employment for the teeming unemployed youths. Not that she's isn't intelligent but the truth must be told.
Many investors both home and abroad are also skeptical of making new investment and putting their money in Nigeria. This could be because of lack of fiscal policy framework of the government of which Mrs Adeosun Finance Ministry is supposed to oversee.
All indices about Nigeria's economy point to the negative but each time she's ask a question about it, she doesn't seem to give a clear direction.
Trade and Industry Minister or any other Minister who can do the job well should take her place You sound like a smart guy but it's too early to call for her removal, when was she appointed? Let's keep our fingers crossed and watch. What have we achieved with all the 'experts' from the 90's - 2015? |
