@naijaking1 Fine let yourself hold off this story! But let me ask you question at below. Look, re-read the newspaper link on first page. It said this convicted guy had been served a jail term in the USA until he was deported by the American government on Dec 12, 2006. @naijaking1, READ THE DATE "December 12, 2006", American government had him deported to Nigeria. (1)Can you tell me what the heck he is doing in Nigeria for almost one year until he got Nigeria hearing court on Nov 18, 2007 this year for Nigeria unwarranted charge of public loitering around American Embassy premises? (2)Where he have been whole almost one year in Nigeria? (3) Does it means that this convicted guy IS HOMELESS STRANDED in Nigeria for almost one year until Nigeria hearing court due on Nov. 18, 2007? Is that correct? Think about it! Happy Thanksgiving in USA!!! |
@ candies If you are undecided or confused, I suggest you to read this existing thread at below: 7 Reasons Why Females Get Hurt In Relationship https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-94423.0.html |
I had 3 serious ones: 1st one that lasted 3 years; 2nd one that lasted 3 years and last one that lasted 5 years led to get married but groom was the one called off the wedding THREE TIMES ![]() All of them are single dads even though their children are already grown adult (18-25 yr old). (2 were never married and one is divorced) Now I am better off remaining single for 4 years so far while waiting for my last son to finish his secondary school 3 more years left. Then I will be free roaming around half world to be travelled MYSELF ALONE without companionship. |
Read this existing thread at below: 7 Reasons Why Females Get Hurt In Relationship https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-94423.0.html Don't be victimized yourself waiting for your guy come back to your love life! Move on finding someone who loves who you are. |
@naijaking1 My disbelief basis of "American Citizen Deported To Nigeria Wrongly" is THERE IS NO SUCH AS any US NEWS AND NEWSPAPER OUTLET has NOT aired and NOT published in the public with THE PICTURE OF Grayson Edward Eugene DISPLAYED TO BE INTERVIEWED as well as NO ONE IN THE FAMILY, RELATIVES, CHURCH MEMBERS, COWORKERS and FRIENDS have come to get him out of Nigeria or PETITIONED for him! Not BECAUSE OF Nigerian jouralist wrote this Nigeria newspaper!!!! We both Nigerian and US American want to know several questions: How did this convicted guy there in Nigeria? What crimes he convicted for in America? How did he get Nigeria lawyer to appear the Nigeria court on his trouble with Nigeria Embassy? and How come he lost all identity documents such as driver's license, SSN, birth certificate, etc to show a proof that he is FOR REAL AMERICAN CITIZEN? Simply, he or his lawyer should call the department of Vitial Statistics to obtain his birth certificate and department of Social Security Administration to obtain his SSN card , or his friend or family send him a copy of those documents, utility bill statements, a proof of residence before Nigeria hearing court due (Nov 18th). COMMON SENSE!!! NO ONE in the America HAS PROTESTED against NIGERIA EMBASSY for doing wrong to AMERICAN CITIZEN just like JENA 6 and Noose stories publicly. Therefore, NO ONE in America have heard about this story of Grayson Edward Eugene and his wrongly convicted deported to Nigeria. HUH!!! COME ON! Show me a proof that this guy is REAL American Citizen by taking a picture to be publicized on the newspaper as well as US news outlet!!! |
@kobojunkie, That was my original plan of comprehensive promotion package when i come to Nigeria this March 2008 to have my presentation seminar in Lagos hotel conference in order to gather potential investors/buyers/clients who interest in hybrid-based renewable energy solution. In my presentation seminar, I will have VISUAL SOLAR-WIND ENERGY MODEL DEMONSTRATION to give them BIGGER PICTURE of how it works with my flashlight as represent as a sun and hairblow-dryer as represent as a wind!!! Right now i already made my mind!!! |
@kobojunkie Thank you for your word of encouragement. I already made my mind to start all over new research on island nations---It IS A MUST be poverty that need rural electrification solution (more specifically lack of electricity and shelter) for microfinance investment criteria requirement. But I will not responsible for hurricane-prone areas!!! I already visited one of those Caribbean island few weeks ago on my 7-days cruise that touched my heart to love it. It is only 90 miles closer to the USA---Florida that I can fly from my hometown to that one of Caribbean more convenience than across half around the world, Africa/India where it is the poorest nations. |
@kobojunkie, based on Nigeria mentality, i will change my existing plan/proposal to focus on ONLY existing Nigerian homeowners or business owners who seek for the alternative renewable energy solution replacing their fuel generator with existing ulitity box installed provided by PCHN and are familiar with solar-wind generator installation with backup battery and invertor. They want PCHN-FREE on their property using solar-wind generator system with backup battery and invertor to enjoy their life. I can educate them (existing Nigerian homeowners/business owners) basically on my presentation seminar how to avoid the ripoff locally solar energy distributors and how to manage the alternative hybrid solar-wind energy system themselves without relying on solar energy techinicans. Not for my dream real estate investment proposal with microfinance project on largest hybrid-based renewable energy residential community, that i already wrote on my rough draft proposal for 160 new residential estates to be break down only 5 house per sell per year that depend on how fast the Nigerian homeowners to buy it. That is my dream that I must wait for Nigeria's NEW ENERGY POLICY for RENEWABLE ENERGY solution. Therefore, I cannot do ALONE myself all the stuff like that. That is why i need one more business partner to work with me who is strongly familiar with Nigeria background/economic/real estate environment down there, strongly knowledge of hybrid solar-wind-biofuel energy system and must have valid passport with US VISA able to fly both USA and Nigeria every year on whole 3-months summer season. |
See yourself to read the different nigeria news forum for the same title, "US. Deports Convicts Citizen to Nigeria" link below: http://www.naijarules.com/vb/news-current-affairs-art-culture-politics/25340-u-s-deports-convicted-citizen-nigeria.html |
Well, for me, i feel not worth to come to Nigeria for my 2008 feasible study proposal on sustainable renewable hybrid (solar-wind-biofuel) energy for rural electrification solution along with six business associates, because of Nigeria mentality the way I see itself. This is my opinion to express my feeling, not you!!!! Therefore, Nigeria is LONG WAY TO GO to improve their own needs!!!! I better wait until they come with NEW NIGERIA ENERGY POLICY on sustainable renewable energy, maybe next 2-5 years from today. |
Read this information below from cited source: http://www.africom.mil/AboutAFRICOM.asp WHAT IS AFRICOM ALL ABOUT? What is AFRICOM? The United States Africa Command, also known as AFRICOM, is a new U.S. military headquarters devoted solely to Africa. AFRICOM is the result of an internal reorganization of the U.S. military command structure, creating one administrative headquarters that is responsible to the Secretary of Defense for U.S. military relations with 53 African countries What is U.S. Africa Command designed to do? U.S. Africa Command will better enable the Department of Defense and other elements of the U.S. government to work in concert and with partners to achieve a more stable environment in which political and economic growth can take place. U.S. Africa Command is consolidating the efforts of three existing headquarters commands into one that is focused solely on Africa and helping to coordinate US government contributions on the continent. What is Africa Command’s focus? Unlike traditional Unified Commands, Africa Command will focus on war prevention rather than war-fighting. Africa Command intends to work with African nations and African organizations to build regional security and crisis-response capacity in support of U.S. government efforts in Africa. Through October 2008, Africa Command will gradually assume control over existing U.S. government programs, currently administered by U.S. Central Command, U.S. European Command and U.S. Pacific Command. Why is the Department of Defense creating the command? Africa is growing in military, strategic and economic importance in global affairs. However, many nations on the African continent continue to rely on the international community for assistance with security concerns. From the U.S. perspective, it makes strategic sense to help build the capability for African partners, and organizations such as the Africa Standby Force, to take the lead in establishing a secure environment. This security will, in turn, set the groundwork for increased political stability and economic growth. Is the United States consulting with African nations and regional organizations on Africa Command? The United States has consulted extensively with African governments, the African Union and others. The United States plans to continue these consultations to ensure concerns are addressed. Does AFRICOM threaten the sovereignty of other nations? No. U.S. Africa Command will in no way infringe on the sovereignty of any African nation. What is the timeline for establishing Africa Command? On October 1, 2007, U.S. Africa Command was established as a sub-unified command, subordinate to U.S. European Command. As a sub-unified command, U.S. Africa Command continues to report to European Command. President Bush has authorized and directed the establishment of AFRICOM as a separate unified Africa Command no later than the end of Fiscal Year 2008, which ends September 30, 2008. What does Initial Operating Capability (IOC) mean? On October 1, 2007, United States Africa Command achieved Initial Operating Capability (IOC). AFRICOM’s IOC marks a realignment of the U.S. Defense Department’s regional command structure. For its first year, AFRICOM will operate under U.S. European Command (EUCOM) as it progressively accepts oversight of the programs and activities that the U.S. military conducts with African nations. Where will the command’s headquarters be located? Are you considering a location in Africa? For now, U.S. Africa Command uses existing facilities at Kelley Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. The U.S. government is deliberating with partner nations and the African Union to determine the best presence for U.S. Africa Command. What kind of presence will AFRICOM have on the AFRICAN continent? The presence issue is still very much a work in progress. We believe AFRICOM will be more effective if some members of the headquarters staff are physically living and working on the continent, where they can meet face-to-face with their counterparts in African governments and nongovernmental organizations. Why is U.S. Africa Command in Germany? Is AFRICOM headquarters in Germany because it was not welcomed in Africa? In February 2007, when the U.S. government announced the decision to create U.S. Africa Command, Kelley Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany, was named as the interim location while the headquarters is assembled and refined during a multiyear process. U.S. European Command (EUCOM) is located in Stuttgart, Germany, and for several decades, EUCOM has coordinated U.S. military relations with the majority of African nations. When the decision was made to create a U.S. command for Africa, Stuttgart made sense as its initial location. The Kelley Barracks site makes use of existing facilities that have housed U.S. military administrative offices and headquarters staff for decades. The location is a few kilometers from EUCOM, allowing for specialists and administrative staff to closely coordinate during the transition. Kelley Barracks is a small urban compound on the outskirts of Stuttgart, the sixth largest city in Germany. The installation is next door to the headquarters of DaimlerChrysler, the automotive corporation. No decisions have been made about the command’s permanent location. To whom will U.S. Africa Command report? Established as a sub-unified command in October 2007, AFRICOM is subordinate to U.S. European Command during a yearlong transition period. After achieving full operational capability as a stand-alone unified command, the commander of Africa Command will report to the Secretary of Defense, as do all the other unified commanders in the Department of Defense. The U.S. Department of State will continue to be the primary U.S. government agency responsible for U.S. foreign policy and diplomacy. Ambassadors at U.S. Embassies in Africa will continue to be the President’s personal representatives to host-nation governments and international organizations. The U.S. Command in Africa will work closely with, and in support of, U.S. Embassies and diplomatic missions. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) will continue to be the lead U.S. agency for development and humanitarian activities. What will its Area of Responsibility be? U.S. Africa Command will be responsible to the Secretary of Defense for U.S. military relations with 53 African countries, including the Islands of Cape Verde, Equatorial Guinea and Sao Tome and Principe, and the Indian Ocean islands of Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, and Seychelles. U.S. Central Command will still maintain its traditional relationship with Egypt, but AFRICOM will coordinate with Egypt on issues relating to Africa security. What is AFRICOM’s budget? Standing up U.S. Africa Command cost approximately $50 million in the U.S. fiscal year that ended September 30, 2007. For Fiscal 2008 (October 1, 2007, to September 30, 2008), Africa Command is budgeted to receive $75.5 million. Is the creation of U.S. Africa Command in response to recent events in Somalia or Darfur? No. However, the crisis in Darfur and developing situation in Somalia do highlight the nature of the threats to African regional stability and security. U.S. Africa Command will consolidate the efforts of three commands into one focused solely on Africa and help coordinate US Government contributions on the continent. U.S. Africa Command will be designed to better enable the Department of Defense and other elements of the U.S. government, to work in concert and with partners to achieve a more stable environment in which 1) political and economic growth can take place and 2) humanitarian and development assistance can be used more effectively. Is this an effort by the United States to gain access to natural resources (for example, petroleum)? Is this in response to Chinese activities in Africa? No. Africa is growing in military, strategic and economic importance in global affairs. We are seeking more effective ways to bolster security on the continent, to prevent and respond to humanitarian crises, to improve cooperative efforts with African nations to stem transnational terrorism, and to sustain enduring efforts that contribute to African unity. What role would U.S. troops have in African peacekeeping missions? U.S. Africa Command’s focus will be to build capacity and capabilities among our African partners so that they are able to tackle Africa’s security challenges. We see U.S. Africa Command’s role to be a supporting role. Does this mean there will be more deployments of U.S. forces to Africa? The establishment of U.S. Africa Command will not directly result in changes to U.S. deployments. AFRICOM will not expand the U.S. Defense Department’s mission. Instead, it will focus on gaining more efficiency and effectiveness from existing U.S. resources. Existing programs and activities take place in consultation with the host nation partners in Africa. |
@RichyBlacK Look, there is NO CONFIRMED by US TV news media (CNN, NBC, CBS, FOX, BCC, ABC as well as internationally) about this American citizen being deported to Nigeria BY MISTAKELY. There is NO FAMILY OR RELATIVES OR SIBLINGS or FRIENDS of this American citizen to claim or petitioned to bring him home in the USA! MANY TIMES IN THE PAST, there was US media to inform general public about any Muslim people, India-American or Arab-American born people got MISTAKELY DEPORTED during the 9/11/2001 terrorism attack era to bring them home SAFELY because of too many muslim full names that was profiling criticism so WRONGLY to suspect for TERRORISTS. Therefore, this story(American deported to Nigeria wrongly) is FISHY written by Nigerian jouralist!!! |
@oje If you have your passport that has about date expiration soon, then you will need to renew your passport that will be new electronic passport. If your passport date expiration is not yet due till 2010, then you still use your old passport until the date expired to be renew on 2010 that will be your new electronic passport. If you do not feel comfortable with old passport that is not yet expired, then you can renew your passport being electronically. Every countries in the world HAS BEEN CHANGED NEW designed electronic passport last December 2006 for new electronic scanner machine to be scanned the electronic passport to be detected much QUICKER than old ones. That is why most countries had been suspended new/re-issued passport starting last SEPTEMBER 15, 2007 is because they are right now working on upgrading new state-of-the-art scanned computerized electronic passport system with BIOMETRICS to eliminate ALL NON-ELECTRONIC FRAUD/FAKE PASSPORTS. I hope it helps! |
You asked us about "is there any black developed nation in your lifetime?" What about Caribbean on a tropical island that is African root? Why not you settle down there in Caribbean? |
If you are not sure what you do, then read this topic at below: 7 Reasons Why Females Get Hurt In Relationship https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-94423.0.html Mostly women do know what they want for relationship without any doubt!!! Good luck! |
For two days, I researched every US media online as well as read the newspapers to hear about Grayson Ernest Eugene, an American citizen deported to Nigeria wrongly. I mean there is no one in his family or NAACP in the US were concerned to help out him out. NOTHING!!!! (all New York and South Carolina newspapers where he claimed his birthplace and current resident of NY) Therefore I assume that man is illegal immigrant and theft identify of real Grayson Ernest Eugene, maybe I was wrong!!! |

Why don't Seun use Forum ID Address block to be banned not allow to be registered again instead of username on its forum administrative control panel? I have seen lot of web-based administrative control panel that have feature to block ID Address instead of email address or other secured command. What you think? Or install Bad Word/Curse filter software on your forum site to clean up any cursing words off forum message box, I do not know if it work for forum discussion sites. I have seen Bad Word/Curse filter software that only designated for email program, word document program and instant message program. |
Have you check with exchange currency for Ghana and British pound? What about Nigeria and British pound? |
@udezij, Ghana already changed new currency renumeration on Dec 2006(i think correct date) to replace old currency they stop use anymore, that way Ghana can exchange currency for UK and US more easier than before. Nigeria will not do this renumeration something like that, in the future they will---i don't know when ![]() |
1 US currency = (bid) N116.970 or (ask) N121.070 based on OANDA customizable currency converter site. |
@iice has said it. @Kangu, if I was in your shoe, I would not definitely go back to the guy who treated me like dirty! Stick with someone who love me dearly even better than old flame. My ex-husband whom I divorced 14 years ago, at that time we were married for 5 years with horrible, loveless, constant workaholic freak, money-spending recklessly, family negligence and verbal abuse, he told me that i was not good enough for him and very paranoid thinking that i was one of those women (too materistic). All of sudden 8 years ago after my finalized divorce, my ex-husband approached me admitting that he was foolish seeing how successfully, happiness and independently i raised with two teenagers soon became grown adults no matter how much i struggle to survive managing my own financial obligations so well. He did not see that I do not spend lavishly like him, because i am very consciously and conservative type. My ex-husband doomed so many times to lose everything he have, too many evicted from apartment lease, too many car repossessed that he not able to pay bills on time. He does not sleep properly---work so hard on the job more than 80 hours a week and eat too much junk unhealthy food he went out too many fast food restaurants. Because he is still gambling addict spending his money RECKLESSLY don't give a damn about family support or health. He now is very sick with 3 cancerous spread that already been removed by medically surgery. I have no pity or no feeling for him for a long time. NOTHING!!! |
7 REASONS WHY FEMALES GET HURT IN RELATIONSHIP I wonder why I keep putting off the sequel to the piece “LOVE WAN TITI” despite my readers craving to see the conclusion. Well to tell the truth, I have not been sleeping well so I have lost all effort to write. I forced myself to sleep at 3.00am this morning after entertaining myself with the DVD - 24, Season 5. The film was so gripping that I forgot the time and the fact that I had to work the next day. I was immediately awoken at 6.00a.m to do my normal chores before bolting to work when this article I am about to write came to me 1. Self Centeredness Most females enter relationship (consciously, subconsciously or unconsciously) with a self centered motive. No wonder comments like “he has not asked me to marry him and I have let go of other suitors”, “all men are bad”, “I have feelings for that guy and he is not asking me out”, etc. Since females are crammed and mostly stuck on relationship issues, it suffices to say that they make no effort to understand the male counterpart. If the male counterpart does not meet their preferences, they get worried unnecessarily and develop a pattern of helplessness. They fail to see their contribution in the whole relationship problem and continue casting blame. This in itself is one of the greatest issues of relationship amidst other self imposed vices. 2. Openness in Communication Females have a firm belief that they are wired naturally not be open in dealing with their male counterparts. Imagine a female going steady with a guy for 3 years and expecting to get married without voicing her intentions. Why spend 3 years with a guy and you can not tell him how you feel? Why believe that you will lose something by speaking openly with a guy you intend to marry? The only thing you will lose is pride and fear. My dear females, you are not wired to be closed, you chose to be closed because you are afraid of the outcome of being open. 3. The Weakling Mentality Females actually believe they are the weaker sex so they allow the man define their happiness. The cultural conditioning gives them this “I need to be pampered and taken care of” mentality. Truth the told, you are created to be a help-meet to a man not to be pampered by a man. You may not be as physically strong as a man but you have a stronger influence. What you lack, you are compensated by other sense of strength. Females fail to maximize their potential for the good of the relationship but sit back defining set of roles for themselves. A female friend complained to me that she has been slapped by her husband and she wanted a divorce. Then I asked what she did but she claimed she did not do anything. I asked her if her husband had a mental problem and she looked at me obviously shocked with the question. She said no. I asked her if she has ever heard or seen her husband slapped other females like his colleague or even her sister. She said no. So your husband woke up one morning looked at you and slapped you. She did not wait for me to explain as she called me a chauvinistic pig. After much discourse, she finally made me understand she had nagged and insulted him because he failed to keep to a promise of buying her a shoe. 4. Trust is not Love Many females do not know the difference between trust and love. The story above indicates females’ inability to love without trust. From my friend’s story, that was the first time the man hit him and she was obviously shocked at his reaction. Since, I can not judge the man without hearing his own side of the story, I told her she was expected to love her hubby and trust God. Man is fallible, no matter how wonderful he appears and perfects himself to be. If females have it in the back of their mind that every man out there is not perfect, it will easier for them to transit issues flawlessly. They will commit their man to God, and confirm his strength not emphasize on his weakness. Jesus loved humans but did not commit himself to them because he knew they were weak. 5. Lack of Kingship Most females lack Kingship; they fail to understand their rights to protect their relationship territory. God made man; male and female he made them. The first assignment he gave this male and female is to dominate their territory. Most females do not know their role as partner to their husband. They are expected to lift their families to God and bear the burdens of the relationship with the man. A girl is going out with a guy and she is praying for the guy to ask her hand in marriage instead of praying for the guy’s solvency to life’s issues like financial, political and social. She expects to be a liability instead of an asset to the man. She looks down upon herself and tells God that only this man can make her happy. If you pray for the man’s success (not putting one leg out and one leg in), God will reward you with the man. 6. Commit to the Relationship Females get overwhelmed by deep emotional turmoil so in order to free themselves; they look for the easy alternative which is to guard their heart from such pains. This alternative could easily be avoided if their perspective to relationship was different- commit to the relationship not to the man. The man is subject to change because he is human and it may be difficult to handle such evolution. You will be able to adapt to his new state of mind of the man, if you commit to the relationship instead of the man. An example is a man that looses his job and decides to drink as a solace to his problem. If you commit to the man, it will be difficult to pray for him without seeing him in the light of his present position. This nullifies your belief which is a prerequisite for answered prayers. 7. Lack of Purpose Before a woman enters a committed relationship, she is expected to have a defined purpose which should align with the purpose of the proposed man. When a female has a purpose, it is easy to decipher your emotional weakness when choosing your life partner. If you base your relationship on an ephemeral stuff like the kind of car he drives, how good he is in bed or how tall he is, you will end up getting hurt after 2 years into that said relationship. Choose your partner based on purpose so you will have something to hinge on during crisis which is inevitable. ------ Written by Dipo Tepede, Nigerian Poet at cited source: http://www.dipotepede.com/2006/09/14/7-reasons-why-females-get-hurt-in-relationship/ |

If you are the blessed winner of 2008 DV lottery and you already have your job in Nigeria, then WHY DON'T YOU WRITE UP your CV and ask your employment to request for transferring for the similar GSM companies in the USA, if Nigeria GSM company is a part of USA parent company? Other way, once you enter to the USA, you will search for the similar GSM company whether there is available job opening with starter salary to be apply for (it won't be the same salary you already have in Nigeria---due to different currency exchange and job requirement). what do you think? You have nothing to lose! |
Oh thank you for sharing, why in the world so many women lie to bachelor men when they are still married but separated during the dating/relationship, that make me . That is BIG NO! NO! NO!So many times i spent console my male friends when he found out his girlfriend telling a lie the similar to poster above---despite of how many times i warned my male friends about their relationship i speak of martial status they won't listen to me. As of result that i was right after finding the truth TOO LATE!!! Now i stay away from those male friendship when it comes to relationship to someone else, i am tired of all of this---BLIND LOVE!!!. To my question: WHAT IS WRONG WITH TRUSTING BEST FRIEND TELLING THE TRUTH INSTEAD OF GIRLFRIEND'S LYING? I do not understand male perspective on relationship/dating at all---especially lying manipulative girlfriend. |

Also I already did post the link about Nigeria Embassy's Investment Opportunity to detail about Nigeria Privatization program, but Nairalander insulted me not to believe what the website say where I found. Here is link i previously in the past. Keep in your mind this website i don't think has been updated lately. Nigeria Privatization Program http://www.nigerianembassy.nl/invest_privatisation.htm Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission http://www.nigeriabusinessinfo.com/nipc.htm Privatisation: Opening A Window Of Opportunities In Nigeria http://www.nigeriabusinessinfo.com/privatise.htm Electricity Generation http://www.nigeriabusinessinfo.com/energy.htm |
Can you all tell me what is the definition of the Privatization? Here is the online defined at source cited (privatization.org): A very broad term--but most simply, privatization is the transfer of assets or service delivery from the government to the private sector. Privatization runs a very broad range, sometimes leaving very little government involvement, and other times creating partnerships between government and private service providers where government is still the dominant player. As Government Executive put it,
[li]Merely defining "privatization" is difficult. In its purest form, the term refers to the shifting of the production of a good or the provision of a service from the government to the private sector, often by selling government-owned assets. Clinton Administration officials took this rather narrow view. "When we talk about privatization, we don't mean contracting out," said Elaine Kamarck, who headed Gore's National Performance Review. "We mean purely divesting the government function."[/li] [li]Most definitions of privatization, though, are more expansive, covering virtually any action that involves exposing the operations of government to the pressures of the commercial marketplace. That would include everything from contracting out janitorial services at a federal building to selling off the Naval Petroleum Reserve.[/li] [li]The broader definition of privatization also includes a wide range of public-private partnerships, such as voucher systems. Even the creation of federal corporations, quasi government organizations and government-sponsored enterprises is often filed under the general category of privatization. In such organizations, though, it is often difficult to tell where government ends and the private sector begins.[/li]
Can anyone to draw an organization chart of Nigeria Government system for us to look at? I will show you our USA Government organization chart LATER!!! In my opinion, our sustainable renewable energy privatization will be work specifically with the Nigeria Energy Department and PHCN's Solar Energy Engineer Department to form the new Energy Policy in order to be submitted for approval before proceeding our sustainable renewable energy resolution. The privatization will form its own certified Nigeria Incorporation producing the maximum of shares (stock) toward Nigeria stock buyers and investors. (I have a Nigeria friend who is currently employed with PHCN working with private government partners to develop Solar Energy department---he said those partners are whites---pardon me for race issues, I wonder if you all are aware about the inside of the PHCN procedures/organization chart) YES---PHCN has own Solar Energy Engineer department somewhere in Victoria Island, Lagos---would anyone kindly to verify this statement is true by my Nigeria friend claimed? Unfortunately, I did introduced this Nigeria-friend (PHCN Solar Energy engineer) to my Nigeria business partner down there in order to set up meeting in person face to face---he (PHCN engineer) disappeared. That is why I am very skeptical of this Nigeria-friend I am very cautiously who I talk to/introduce to. Anyway, the privatization stocks will be responsible to dividends toward those Nigeria stock buyers/investors EQUALLY, unlikely any government. My rural Virginia hometown, i read the subscribed Electricity Power Privatization financial assets magazine that contains 50-pages of listing the names of all more than 250 private investors, power subscribers including all the 9 region officers to be split sharing the dividends distribution publicly per every quarter (every 3 month each). Keep in your mind that my rural hometown has only 11,000 population of both residents and businesses---very small town. Then why can't we create our sustainable renewable energy privatization without relying on government involvement TOO MUCH in Nigeria? And establish to manage our financial assets outside of the Nigeria such as Swiss bank, Cayman Island bank, Aruba bank or Panama bank to protect from the corruption/fraud. Can we? Or is that complex to create one? |
