Finally, I lost my note (misplaced somewhere my desk) jotting down what kind of wife Seun wants somewhere on existing threads i found.

In the US, if you have valid foreign driver's license and you have permanent residency (green card), all you need is to apply for US driver's license:

1.) study the state in the US where you currently reside on US DMV (Division of Motor Vehicle) driving study guide (manual book) in the preparation of the written or computerized driving test and road driving test by the licensed DMV testing staff to decide whether you pass or fail the test.

I recommend you to study seriously and ethusedly at least 2 weeks or more to be familiar with the state driving law at home and drive around city, parking lot, etc at least more than 3-9 months depend on each state of US rules prior to taking DMV driving test.

Best optional:  you go taking 6-16 weeks US driving school to learn how to drive locally that is found at either local yellow page telephone book, US community colleges, google it or ask your insurance agent recommend you the name of driving school to take in order to build your confidence and highly self-esteem ready to be prepared for the DMV driving test

2.)  bring your current valid foreign driver's license

3.) bring your green card

4.) bring your birth certificate/nationality

5.) bring your new US social security card ONLY after you got green card

6.) bring your valid auto insurance policy or card.

7.) bring money to pay for driver's license transfer fee ONLY if you already have foreign dirver's license to be replaced and pass the test.

Other ways you could have but check with US Immigrant service as well as Nigeria Embassy:

1.)  after 90 days expired, you could re-apply to extend another 90 days visiting visa. There is special form somewhere about extended stay on foreign country. You can have 6 months visiting visa request.

2.) Apply K1 Fiancee Visa application with other required US form in the US that allow to bring foreign spouse entering to USA much quicker than in Nigeria Embassy (i think), while you are down there in Nigeria to appy for Nigeria's settlement visa with your credible document and approved K1 Fiancee visa by US that will take 3 months if you follow exactly Nigeria visa procedure. K1 Visa is good for 90 days within getting married to foreign fiancee. If you make mistake that would delay up to 6 months, some one year, some more year to bring foreign husband entering to the US.

3.) If you feel overwhelmed not understand all of this Fiancee VISA and visiting VISA procedure, hire your own experienced Immigrant lawyer in the US to help you. Their US retainer fee are varied between $300-$2,000 USD depend on what service they offer for you. Google it or use your local yellow page telephone book or lawyer referral service finding the right immigrant lawyer for you.

The cheaper US retainer fee does not include the immigrant application fee, you pay your own expenses for immigrant application fee, the highest US retainer fee include everything (legal advice, fully immigrant application submission, mailing service to send granted visa oversea embassy) to take care for you that you don't have to pay extra charge.

Do not use Nigeria lawyer down there due to rip you off stealing your money and run away!!! Unless if your Nigerian fiancee come from wealthy family, then great!!!!

I do not get what you talk about. What does your study of almost 150 year old Mendel's Inheritance Laws have to do with making the difference in Nigeria? This study still taught around the world at every secondary school science classrooms TODAY as @davidylan has said it (newer version textbooks).  

It make me to think that you are studying the classic Mendel law to be discovered new genes at your college/university down in Nigeria. There is nothing to make new genes that the world already have been study for a long time

Secondly his first wife gave him ultimately choice: nullify current wife or 4 yr bigamy jail term.

Now the poster already filed for his family/marriage lawyer finding a solution. . Personally i don't think so that US hearing court will not dismiss him on the ground of bigamy crime, why he ran away to marry 2nd wife without filing for divorce on first wife, huh?

Both pesido1 and romeo talked about facing in 4 yr jail term on the ground of bigamy and letting go 7 yr old daughter in the US that is what I agreed about.

This poster have two wives already married. One in Finland whom he married first---this lady now lives in PA as the poster stated where he visited bringing his Nigeria wife with two young children. He ran away during the argument to his first wife back to Nigeria and married 2nd wife (his longtime girlfriend)---did not tell 2nd wife that he already married to first wife.

Now you tell me this is not about BIGAMY He married two wives. huh?

If you go back to the US facing your 4 years jail term on the ground of Bigamy, once you completed your jail term, of course you will be deported to Nigeria losing your US citizenship, US employment, and US residence on the ground of the criminal record (bigamy) and marriage fraud to get green card.

You still will owe to the (US)state of Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement agency paying on your Finland 6 yr old daughter for remaining unpaid future 11 years plus 7 years rearrage interest charge will be accumulated until your Finland daughter turns 18 or 22 yr old if she go college.

That is why it cost lot of money for family court (child support payment petition/divorce), immigrant lawyer to fight for keeping US citizenship (u lose), etc.

This is stupid to think you can fool Finland/US woman to get married in order to get green card, run away without letting her know where are you to marry Nigeria woman bringing her into USA living there.

The USA do not mess around with immigrant and child support law for deadbeat person who marry US citizen to get green card and run away from USA baby's mother in the USA , then to get marry a Nigeria woman to bring them to the USA without divorce first USA wife. USA DO NOT ACCEPT any POLYGAMY MARRIAGE. This is serious crime in the USA.
