That is depend on what recruiter/employer requests to send CV either sent as attachment or pasted on email body message.

In the US/UK employers, most are preferred text CV/resume, PDF format CV/resume, pasted CV/resume on email body message and/or provided online application instead of sent as attachment. Very few prefer sending CV/resume by fax.

No i don't think so that my divorce harm my children. They are great easily get along with me despite of my hearing impairment as well as their father, my ex-husband. My ex-husband and I don't get along each other!!! Getting married him was not my idea---it was my mother forced me to marry him because of my deafness and keep out of wedlock.

My daughter, who is 19 yr old, was 8 years straight honor roll students with all As and all Bs grade, received national honor society award as well as many scholarship. She is currently enrolling at college. She was involved in middle school/high school flag girl and future leadership club. She also went one week government leadership workshop that her church donated $1,000.00 for hotel and workshop expenses. She is natural gifted and talent person just like me when i was her age exactly.

My son, who is 14 yr old, is normal bright kid with some A, some B, some C and one D or F. He involves playing school basketball and football. He manages to set limited time (balances) to play video games, watch tv and do his homework.

Both kids still also involve in church youth choir. So far they keep stay out of trouble living in a small rural town---hate city/urban they saw. (their father's hometown in different state is city where crime-infected surrounds)

I don't see my children feel miserable all those years. Bec i gave them great love, humorous, rejoice and rewards to keep their school work/grade improvement all the time. Pretty much i am their full mother role and partial father role. I do sometimes involve playing one-to-one basketball and throwing football with my son. Their dad are very rarely to see his own children despite of 30 minutes drive is not that bad, too many lame excuses not seeing children.

You must have fully version of Flash 8 software that is built-in video converter using AVI or QT video file into Flash FLV.

You must also know how to employ actions/behaviors resulting in Flash actionscripting on the website or raw SWF movie.

BTW i use older version Flash MX (version 6) with limited video converter that support AVI and QT only.

Thank you for reply so quick. I understood what you mean referring the flash abuse you provided the link. I agreed with you about that is very annoying to me.

washing dishes/clothes and cleaning floors are my most hated household chore---no choice to have doing it to keep dishes, clothes, and floors cleaning from dirty in weekly or bi-weekly basis.

For cleaning floor, i simply buy battery-operated Swiffer wetjet with antibacterial cleaner to spray the floor wiping off. When done, i take off vecelro cleaning pad throwing away on a trashcan. (i am sure you have seen TV commerical) I have a bulk box of Swiffer wetjet cleaning pad refill and antibacterial cleaner bottle refillable. Easy task for me---10 minutes cleaning the floor---that's it! I relax watching the TV after done the chore.

For washing clothes, i live in an apartment, i hate going coin-operated washing and drying my clothes. ($1.50 each washing and $1.25 each drying both 45 minutes running that I have 4 loads of clothes)

For washing dishes, i live in an apt that does not have dishwasher, i have to wash them by hands.

Finally, I cannot wait for this summer season that my apt lease will expire for me to move out taking over my deceased grandma's house that have everything that my apt lack of. Just right time for me!!!

I wish I am in Nigeria to do errands for someone who is clueless and unorganized person at part-time job---even better full-time job.

Prefer someone who is home-bound workaholic in system administration or business with technology industry, not have time for those errands, that's where I come in as personal assistant.

If you have Flash MX/8 authoring software package to be convert from video file format such as AVI, MEPG, or WMV into Flash video (FLV) as your final content delivery via IP, it will be smaller file size better than your large video file.

London client must have installed Flash player on their computer system opening to view your Flash video via IP/email.

I have done that many times converting from regular video file into Flash video file sending client as final content delivery via IP/email many times in the quality of fastest download time and smaller file.

Or use Adobe Premiere or any other video editing software to optmize video file smaller.

I read your posted that remind of me used to feel that way because of my hearing impaired most hearing men do not want to date with me because of communication barrier men claimed. I am middle-aged divorced singe mother of 2 children. My parent are happy 43 years married couple. My children are hearing, well-mannered, matured, bright kids at age 14 and 19. One of them is now enrolled at college with national honor society award and excellent 3.8 GPA. Both are involved in youth choir at my former rural small church I used to attend.

I have the ability to communicate with hearing person by reading person's lip, using my voice to speak out, or convey messages from email, IM, or text/voicemail. I also wear my own pair of hearing aids behind my ears---only i can pick up sound that alert me such as car horn, siren, dog barking, baby crying, and any noise environment. Only very few of those hearing person, who have little signing or fingerspelling, communicate with me but understood my voice completely after 2 weeks acquaintance. All of my hearing family do not use sign language to communicate with me, because they understand my voice completely. I am only deaf in whole hearing family.

In the past I received lot of rejections from hearing men in the common form of communication electronically as well as in person---I mean 8 years worth of rejections---80 hearing men (2 deaf men). I would not accepted dating deaf men because of intelligent and communication-challenge they (deaf men) lack of. I mean it is hard to find a deaf man who is matured well-educated, stable career and financial stable, strong spiritual believer. Just like find a needle in the haystack. Too many drug addicts, alcoholic, freeloaders (bummers), unemployed deaf men out there!!!

As of result in three years ago, I sat down discussing with my parent about changing my court-ordered children custody from sole to jointly before I leave my childhood rural small town that has less than 50,000 population due to far lag behind the computer world. So my parent would be permanent guardian of my children while i live in a far away urbanized city.(Housing in urban area is outrageous rental cost for single mothers with children) Keep in your mind that I already pursued my two bachelor degrees in the computer field over 15 years. To be closer to the second largest deaf population in the border of Washington DC/Northern Virginia and southern Maryland in the US, I can find better employment and socialized opportunities for me in hopefully to meet a suitable compatible man there. I live at my own apartment alone where it has bad traffic congested highway within 30 minutes closer to Washington DC.

I also joined my new church that has provided fully interpreted worship services for the hearing impaired churchgoers. I involved with my church deaf ministry, deaf choir ministry, and deaf bible study. It changed my life being happiness and single satisfied mother of 2 children for 3 years. It was my deliverance of healing my wounded pain I learned alot from Christianity life. No longer i feel worry, paranoid, fear, rejections, and deep emotionally anymore! I am strong!

Unfortunately there are highly numerous of oppressors and ignorants who refused to hire me any kind of jobs i look for despite of my 15 years working experiences, excellent education, and excellent working performances. I still am unemployed freelance web designer/developer.

As well as not finding any decent guy locally I expect to meet, my church has TOO MANY single mothers with children, widowed women, never married women and divorced women at age 19-55 and several are also married having a family and children. WHERE ARE SINGLE MEN?

However my financial obligations does not hinder me to be struggle paying my bills, buying food, paying housing rental and paying my children's needs/school supplies---i have very blessed receiving anonymous larger amount of checks plus public assistance _{I used to be rejected in the past} defraying my cost of living expenses. I have my own car to drive with.

My point is that I am fully happy independent single mother of 2 children i am proud of. Currently i am dating foreign man who is hearing and accepts who I am for 6 weeks so far as my challenge to learn his culture in exchange for him to learn my deaf culture. It takes time to heal and forget the past I left behind, move on new leaf I have now.

Nothing wrong with your passionate working in customer care career while you pursuing in computer science, look at me, i earned my computer information system bachelor degree but loved working with customer relation to help both departmental and customer satisfaction using my computer programming skills---where customer relation lacks of visually or dynamically.

For example you saw in customer care department---lot of manual paperwork being xeroxed too much wasting TREES (papers), use your computer programming to develop into dynamic automated letter form replacing manual paperworks that called electronic forms. Or you can develop new customer tracking system using your programming skills or you can develop human recourses management software using same skills you already pursed. NOTHING WASTE YOUR MIND, SOUL, AND HEART in your career you love so much!!!

Someday you will get promoted into customer relation management with computer science developing new dynamic electronic paperwork forms. Or you can change your college major from computer science to management with the emphasis in customer/financial/hospital. Think about it!

You will thank me for sharing my 15-years computer experiences for different industry other than technology jobs.

I used to work for Virginia State Police Administration Headquarter as temporary contract worker in a position of Data Operator inputting all police fingerprint cards into centralized server that automatically sending to the FBI's fingerprinting system transmittally. (100,000 fingerprint daily basis along with only 25 workers)  In other day all 100 temporary employees were required to have tour the entire Police Administration building to learn every department---what they doing on their jobs.

One department I learned is FEDERAL FIREARMING SYSTEM, other Data Operator inputting all firearm purchasing forms from entire Virginia gun store parlors daily into centralized system, the tour guider explained us that one firearm paperwork take 30 days to process to check a client background whether to accept or deny. Which means the Firearm dept Data Operator, receive more than 100,000 paperwork to be input into automated system every week, then at the end of week, sending all data transmitted to the FBI.(Federal Bureau Investigation)

Remember Cho bought gun 36 days ago when passed through with flying color to receive his gun. So speaking language had nothing to do with purchasing a gun. It does not detected that Cho has mental record back in 2005. Probably mental institutional was not reported to the National Health System for all mental patients. I dunno?

Very funny! Actually I do not know Erin Peterson personally because I changed new church to join as new member 3 years ago. Yesterday (April 17th) I received my daily church announcement via email reading and praying for bevered families , just found out that Erin was a student of VA Tech and our active church member with her mother, frantic long-time active church member.

She died at hospital from VA Tech classroom faculty on Tuesday afternoon due to her multiple injuries. _{(i wish she had chance to live---too young to die at age 18, but God took her with Him.)}

My emailed church announcement commented that Erin involved helping with her mother at nursing ministry at my church. So I did not know her much, because my church has over 800 members---it is impossible to recongize everyone at my church in Virginia on two separated worship services one for 7:45am and the other 11am.

I was shocked and tear for not know her well.
