I have no plan to relocate to Georgia. I already have place to live in the small rural town where I was born in the USA. I take over my deceased grandma's small cottage-style 2-bedroom house.

I also am fully lifetime timesharing vacation resort gold membership. I only am interested in purchasing plentyful plots of land in Nigeria for my microfinance investment proposal I am work on it in the area of Ikeja or nearby airport or Victoria Island. I got someone hook me up with Naija realtor and Naija legal practitioner.

For anyone who want to relocate to small rural Central Virginia with 3 bedroom house price average $85,000 to $200,000 nearby popular America Civil War historial/Slavery historial (depend on house style you want to live in), check out the National Association of Realtors network in rural Central Virginia within 3 hours driving to Washington DC/Baltimore MD.

Northern Virginia/Washington DC/Maryland in suburban area is extremely expensive equally to California and New York house prices the same.

I had two visitors on separated month at my church in Alexandria, Virginia recently this year. They were just visitors.

-- Ugandan black sign language interpreters to see REAL LIVE DEAF CHOIR singing at my church. I was one of deaf choir member. Our church certified white female interpreter invited them coming to my church. Both of them are friends.

-- Nigerian single female. She did not mention telling us which part of city/state she is from during worship service on the visitor stand-up.

Tell me about it and I believe that they were tourist visa for a short term.

From US cable political tv states that there were only 800 staff dealing with over 3 millions US passport applications per month being processing. Can you imagine that?

So they will ask senators/house of the representatives for increasing 2,500 more hiring staff using retired employees start passport processing after this July 2007 where all passport prices increase.

Poor US-born travelers still stuck stranding outside of US not allowing to enter the US without passport even though they have temporary paperwork, birth certificate, and government-photo ID cards with them, waiting for their express passport shipping delivery 3 weeks late!!!!
PropertiesRe: Real Estate: The Problem Of 'Omo Onile' by uspry1(f): 11:57pm On Jun 20, 2007
jenny2007:
for those of us who do not understand yoruba - what is the meaning of omo nile? where do they come from?
Lagos Nigeria Real Estate Fraud – Fraudsters and
The Omoniles

You have heard about Nigeria real estate fraud. It is no joke. It is real.

Fraudsters are on the prowl because it's easy to catch a victim since many
people are tired of being bullied by greedy landlords and want a house of their own.

There are two classes of Lagos Nigeria real estate fraud fraudsters.

The Omoniles or people who claim to be children of the native owners of the land
Pure fraudsters. People who are pure real estate fraud specialists

The purpose of this page is to expose these fraudsters for what they are. And also
help you avoid falling victim to their antics and smooth talk.

The Omoniles
The Omoniles are traditionally children of the native owners of the land. Some still
have lands inherited from their late parents or grandparents. This class of Omoniles
have land to sell and usually feed on proceeds from land sales.

Most are just lazy and do nothing else but just sell property.

Unfortunately for them, the inherited land has a limit. Once they finish selling all
inherited land, there's nothing left to sell.

So how do they fend for themselves?

Many turn to being touts. They resell land previously sold but yet to be developed
by the buyer. Sometimes they sell the same land to two or more buyers. These buyers
then get locked in a perpetual fight for who gets possession of the land.

These Omoniles can be dead heartless. Sometimes they even sell property developed
half-way by the buyer. Once you . . .

    1. buy a land and leave it fallow or

    2. buy a land, build it half-way, and take a break for a length of time

. . . you become a target for unauthorized property resale by the Omoniles.

The Omoniles in some areas are more aggressive and greedier than others.

Generally, if the inherited property left to sell is little, real estate fraud by the
Omoniles increase.

That is one aspect of the Lagos Nigeria fraud perpetuated by the Omoniles.

Another thing they do is to extort money from buyers developing their property.

For example, in one area, Omoniles charge as much as 30,000 naira for foundation
fees and another 30,000 naira as roofing fees.

Don't get this wrong.

That fee is not for helping you with your foundation or your roofing. You pay that fee
so they don't harass workers on your property. If you refuse to pay, they will stop
work on your property by force of arms.

Omoniles are basically touts and local mafia. Refusal to make payments can lead to
substantial losses. Therefore buyers pay without hesitation.

Pure Fraudsters - The 419 Coalition
The pure fraudsters have nothing to sell. They are the popular 419 coalition you've
heard so much about.

They're in for the money. They want to scam you of your hard-earned money. These
are high-class Nigeria real estate fraud scammers.

They come with fake documents that look like the real thing. They show you property
for sale that's not really for sale by the owner.

Why do they have a high degree of success?

  1. They take time to pick their candidates.

They look for greedy people. Then offer them dead cheap property. Anxious not to
miss this "once in a lifetime deal" the victims source for funds from everywhere they
know and pay in a hurry.

BAM!

You've lost your money.

Nigeria real estate fraud is real. But real estate fraud is not just a Nigeria problem.
Real estate fraud is everywhere.

If you're greedy, you will fall victim with your eyes open.

Remember . . .

   1. If a real estate deal is too good to be true, it probably is.

   2. Use an experienced home inspection service

   3. Do not look for dead cheap property. Property is not cheap in Lagos Nigeria.
If it's dead cheap, it's probably fraudulent

   4. Use a trustworthy real estate agent.

Be wary of Nigeria real estate fraud. But also be wary of real estate fraud (and any
kind of fraud) wherever you live in the world.

Buy right. Enjoy your investment.

I never understand why US embassy in those country keep declined the same country they want to travel. Nothing wrong with apply US tourist visa to visit other country up to 3 months stay before return to their homeland.

I have seen too many frustrated stories about applying passport/visa. 2 days ago at night I watched on cable political tv talking about passport processing backlog in which US senators and house of representatives being investigated to find out why backlog in US passport processing that over 5 millions US-born people (travelers without passport after the law went effective last Jan. 2007 and again this March 2007---require passport for Mexico/Canada to cross US border) grew angered waiting for delay receiving express passport 3 weeks late where they are still stranded outside of the US (Mexico/Canada).  It suppose to be 1 week express passport shipping, why 3 weeks late? ??

I never see anyone from Nairaland to visit the USA having beautiful historical sightseeing tour where the slavery took place.

[/li]
[/list]

I never see anyone from Nigeria as follow below:

Or go settle living in a small rural town away from major hectic traffic-congested cities usually 100 miles south, cheaper house purchase in the south such as Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Mississippi or Virginia---FORGET ABOUT THE LARGEST POPULATION of Nigeria residents there. You can commute to 3 hours driving to major cities such as Washington DC or Baltimore Maryland from rural town Virginia.

Settle quiet low crime rates, low tax rates, better economic, better rural schools, few computer lags or few transportation lags (outdated computer systems or no public transportation such as subway, train, city buses, taxis), you would afford buying cheaper house less than $200,000 for 4 bedroom/2 bathroom/living-dining room/kitchen set.

FamilyRe: The Most Important Factor In Marriage by uspry1(f): 12:50am On Jun 20, 2007
Most important factor in marriage SUCCESSFULLY:

· The man's ability to accept influence from his partner; and

· The woman's ability to moderate her approach to seeking influence.

In other words, marriages succeed when both partners give up some control.

Example:
He wants to buy a small car. She recommends a larger vehicle, since they plan to start a family soon. On reflection, he decides that it makes sense to buy something larger.

I make correction the outdated Flash MX (version 6)/Flash 8 to newest version Adobe Flash CS3 professional from Adobe.com (formerly Macromedia.com).

For more info detailed that is found at source: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/features/

ugodaniel:
@uspry1, why upgrade to flash 8 when flash 9 in the inthing now. It's horrible sweet. Try it out
@ugodaniel, please do not confuse the difference between Adobe Flash 8/9 player and Adobe Flash CS3 professional authoring software. Both are different things.

Adobe Flash 9 player is a content view media player that prompts displaying by raw Flash file (.swf, .flv).

Adobe Flash CS3 professional software is a interactive animation editor/authoring software to create Flash movies, Flash video files, and external files such as PHP, XML, MySQL, Java, Javascript for parsing/incorporating data inside Flash movie in order to employ actions/behaviors resulting in Flash Actionscripting 3.

Keep in your mind on the following below:

Flash MX (version 6) supports only Actionscript 1 that will not work well on Actionscript 2 and 3. Flash MX does not have XML/PHP binding connector (Flash extensions) feature like Flash 8/CS3 do. You have to code XML/PHP manually on Flash actionscripting. You must know XML/PHP coding basically for Flash to be incorporated/parsed data properly.

Flash 8 (version cool and Flash CS3 (version 9) support only Actionscript 2 and 3, will not work well in Flash MX (version 6) Actionscript 1. Both Flash 8/CS3 has its build-in Flash XML/PHP connector to link all XML/PHP files.

126 Die in Return of Bangladesh Monsoons
June 13, 2007 1:41 AM EDT

CHITTAGONG, Bangladesh - Mudslides, flooding and lightning strikes washed away shanties, inundated cities and killed at least 126 people with scores still missing in Bangladesh's annual monsoons, officials said early Wednesday.

The worst-hit area was the hilly port city of Chittagong, where large chunks of earth slid off the soaked hillsides, burying dozens of crudely built shacks. The death toll in the city increased to 115 Wednesday after 18 more bodies were found, city official Nur Sulaiman said.

Elsewhere, lightning strikes killed 11 people in the neighboring districts of Cox's Bazar, Noakhali and Brahmmanbaria, the Food and Disaster Management Ministry said. The heaviest recorded rainfall levels in seven years also have inundated parts of the capital, Dhaka, and other regions.

On Wednesday, the Gumti River breached an embankment in Comilla district, flooding dozens of villages and forcing several thousand to flee their homes, CSB television station reported. The district is located 55 miles east of the capital.

Bangladesh, a low-lying delta nation of 150 million people, is buffeted by cyclones and floods that kill hundreds each year. A powerful cyclone in 1991 killed 139,000.

Densely populated and grindingly poor, the country is filled with slums that are particularly vulnerable. The one hit in Chittagong was home to 700 people, most of them migrant workers and their families who lived in clusters of straw-and-bamboo or mud-and-tin shanties built on the slope of hill, survivors said.

Dulu Mia Munshi, a rickshaw puller, said he lost five family members, including his wife and two young sons.

"There was a sudden rush of mud and water, and our home was swept away," Munshi told The Associated Press by telephone from his hospital bed. Five other neighboring shanties on a slope also were washed away.

Munshi and his mother-in-law, who had left the hut minutes earlier, were the only survivors. Munshi was carried several feet away, and suffered a fractured pelvis and sprained ankles.

"My sons, aged 8 and 10, slept next to each other," he said, recalling the last time he saw his children.

Another victim, an 11-year-old-boy who gave his name only as Belal, said he lost his mother and two sisters.

"My mother asked me get some bricks to stop the rushing water from getting inside our house," Belal said at a military hospital where he was being treated for head and limb injuries. "As soon as I stepped outside, I was carried away by the swirling water - and a huge chunk of earth buried our house."

The country's interim leader, Fakhruddin Ahmed, visited the worst-hit areas, the United News of Bangladesh news agency said. He went to a military hospital where 47 seriously injured victims were being treated and distributed emergency rations to survivors at an army-run relief shelter nearby.

"Our first task is to rescue, treat and help rehabilitate the affected people," Ahmed told reporters.

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said the United Nations "stands ready to assist as required," spokeswoman Michele Montas said at U.N. headquarters in New York.

Many of the dead in Chittagong were buried in rows in hillside graveyards. In addition, officials said as many as 50 people were reported missing.

Many areas remained without power or water because of flooding in the city of 4 million, 135 miles southeast of Dhaka. Several roads remained covered in slippery sludge, and the ground floors of many houses were water-logged, residents said.

The rains, which had eased by late Monday, resumed in torrents early Tuesday, flooding parts of Chittagong anew.

I used to be Dbase IV way back 20 years ago. Are you familiar with using ODBC (Open DataBase Connection) to import your existing Dbase IV files to other database software such as MS-Access, MySQL, MS-SQL, Borland Paradox, Lotus Approach, Oracle, goes on?

Other alternative, you'll find that the DBF's are actually just long text files with a header that tells you where each field begins so MsAccess, Borland Paradox, or Lotus Approach could import the data and you could then update it to a more current and, dare I say it, a better supported platform. Failing that a spreadsheet might be able to manipulate the data for you.

Use google search for "ODBC" or "Database to database convert" tutorial. Good luck!!!
